Beautiful Riad with fantastic location and great service

The location of the hotel is very close to the Old Town Square, but not noisy. My flight was temporarily canceled and my arrival was delayed two days. The boss was very understanding and cooperative and helped me move my accommodation for the next two days to the yammi hotel next door. The service in both hotels is very good! The room is full of Moroccan style, clean and tidy. Breakfast is arranged in the rooftop garden, which is very atmospheric! Also very rich.

A high-quality B&B full of local characteristics. The breakfast is very interesting and the service is great. If you stay in a room on the top floor, you can go directly to the roof to enjoy the night view. The stairs were a bit shaky, so I did a few good aerobics by climbing the stairs.

Great everything! The workers, the food, the rooms, the terrace, the location… EVERYTHING

設施：酒店非常滿意，陽台很棒，可以俯瞰不眠廣場 衞生：很乾凈，整潔 環境：在不眠廣場裏面，可能車子無法進入，路口到酒店大概500米，有行李推車伕，幫忙推行李到酒店需要2歐，也可以自己找。 服務：最滿意的就是服務了，美麗的前台女孩幫我辦理了入住，給我泡了薄荷茶，還幫忙行李上樓，帥氣的男士對我們的需求一直滿足。直到我們離開，都很滿意他們熱心真誠的服務。 不好意思的是，早上匆忙收拾行李趕車，給予服務員滿意的小費忘記放了😂

I’ve traveled quite a bit and stayed in many beautiful hotels, bed and breakfast and Airbnb but I have to say this is by far one of the most beautiful places. This Riad is spotless and exactly as described. No, actually it isn’t as described. They were modest in the description because it is so much more. You have to see it to understand the beauty. The time and care they took designing the Riad shows everywhere you look. The service from the staff is stellar. They take pride in making sure their guests are happy. Syed (possibly spelling wrong) went above and beyond for me. I had a sunrise Hot air balloon ride scheduled which would have required me to walk in the dark. It was at 5:20 and he was so kind to walk with me to the pick up place and stay with me until they arrived. He is one of a kind when it comes to customer service. His kindness was so very appreciated. Every person I’ve come in contact with in Morocco has been kind and welcoming but especially at this Riad. I’ve seen a couple other reviews that weren’t as positive and can only believe whomever wrote the reviews were having a bad day because this place is phenomenal. I will recommend it to anyone visiting Morocco

If you are planning to stay in the Medina, then this magical Riad will be the right decision! Friendly staff, stylish furnishings down to the smallest details that will not leave you indifferent. Clean rooms. Wonderful breakfast overlooking the square! 👌

Everything was perfect until on our last day, they billed us for what they called travel tax etc. for about 15gbp ot 17.5 euro for 3 of us which was not disclosed on the hotel description here in ******* as well as during our check in. so we're a bit surprised when they told us. but overall, the place was really great, we really had a great time with this hotel. Nice rooftop as well as friendly staff and clean toilets. so maybe, to avoid confusion as well as have a transparency, please put in the description as well as during the check in time. thank you

We loved everything about our stay especially the staff. They were very helpful and friendly!

Very beautiful place and so friendly - they made us feel like family. We had a spacious suite with enough room for a family of four. Close to everything. Breakfast was great! Would not hesitate at all to stay here again.

Staff at the Road were amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but very clean and were cleaned daily. It is so close to the main square and the view from the rooftop is great. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Overall 10 out of 10.

Comfy, clean, friendly with a warm welcome. Taxi from/to airport arranged by Andalla, and worked well. Conveniently close to the Jemaa el Fnaa centre. Several mosques nearby so don’t be surprised by the call to prayer in surround sound. First night meal on the terrace as the sun went down was both copious and of excellent quality. Breakfast heavy on sweet stuff, but OK. An inside room might be advisable… sadly on two nights noisy guests returning in the early hours let everyone know of their arrival…and even where they had been!!!

AS USUAL, ANOTHER EXCELLENT STAY AT RIAD ANDALLA! Last year, I stayed at Riad Andalla for 10 days and enjoyed it so much that I vowed to stay longer this time. As expected, Pascal, Valerie, Laura, Jordi Blanchard and Karim were the perfect hosts. They welcomed me wholeheartedly and immedately I felt at home - again! My room was spacious, immaculately clean, quiet, comfortable and EVERYTHING WORKS - from the wifi to the wonderful hot showers that I take everyday to the utterly appetizing breakfasts that I take in the terrace overlooking Jmaa El Fna Square and the imposing Koutoubia Minaret. Valerie helped me out with my tours to Essaouira, massages, transfers and all the assistance that I needed. As I was there on a mission to bring aid to the Earthquake victims, the entire family were all out in helping me with all the logistics using their own conveniences and contacts. I will forever be grateful to them. Best of all, its location is what attracted me to it! Only 4 short corners and you are at Marrakech's famed Jmaa El Fna. There is no way you can lose your way! I would go out to eat, shop, wander around, etc. and it was so easy to go "home" take a nap, use the restroom, etc. and go off again! If you are looking for a Moroccan Riad Experience, Riad Andalla is it! By the way, I stayed here for 11 nights this time and moved to another Blanchard run, newly renovated Riad Dar Yammi for another 11 nights. Of course, it had the EXCELLENT Blanchard Hospitality that is their TRADE MARK! Until next year!!!! Thank you once again!
