Un riad vraiment très agréable, propre et très sympa. Une chambre avec la climatisation et une WiFi au top. Situé au calme et près de toutes les attractions, monuments à visiter et restaurants. Un gros coup de cœur l equipe très professionnelle qui est toujours souriante accueillante bienveillante. Merci à kamal, hakim, nawel, zakaria... on vous organise si vous le souhaitez vos expéditions et les réponses à toutes nos questions sont apportées. Le petit déjeuner est super bon, copieux, un bon moment matinal. Je vous recommande vivement le riad+++++

Un magnifique Riad et un personnel très accueillant ! Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et proposent des spécialités marocaines. Les chambres quant à elles sont très propres. L’emplacement est idéal pour les visites. Je ne peux que conseiller cet établissement !

I spend with a friend my fourth time in Marrakech in my favourite Riad. As usual the warmest place to stay in this frenetic and wonderful city. The owner of the Riad, Laila was so nice with us, giving us the best tips for dinner and place to see. I love this Riad for the peace I can breath here, and fo the kindest people that works here, Zaccaria and the Naoual. I had here a dinner and it is something that I suggest to try, good food, and a nice atmosphere. Soon I’ ll come back to Marrakech…. Thanks a lot to everyone of Riad Clafs d’Orient

4 nuits passées en janvier. Idéalement placé dans la KASBAH Le riad et l acceuil étaient parfait. Faites confiance aux hôtes et à l équipe, ils sauront vous proposer le repas et les activités sur Marrakech et les alentours 👍😁

Für unsere erste Reise in Marrakech waren wir, meine Tochter und ich, mit dem Riad Les clefs d'Orient sehr zufrieden, zentral, aber sehr ruhig Wir wurden direkt am Flughafen abgeholt und sehr sympatisch empfangen. Unser ersten Abend verbrachten wir vor Ort mit einem leckeren ausgemachten Gericht - Coucous. Für die 3 Tagen hat uns der Geschäftsführer über alle Sehenwürdigkeiten informiert.

Marrakesh is a magic place where everything runs very fast and slow in the same time. The feeling you have staying in the Medina is to be in a safe place, where everyone is ready to help you once you are looking at the map or need something specific, the noises and scented of the city envelopes you. We spent 4 days around the Medina and we stayed in a lovely riad, “Clefs d’Orient” that fully recommend: beautiful and characteristic oasis of peace in the beating heart of the medina, very clean, with attention to detail and small enough not let you feel alone as in big hotels. The manager Kamal is always smiling, always taking care of his hosts and always available to suggest nice places to visi or help you with high professionally. I want also to spend few words to thank Zaccaria for the most yummies home made breakfast ever!!!!!

Très bon emplacement proche de tout dans la kasbah et tout près de la place Jema el fnaa... Kamal, le gérant, nous a accueillies chaleureusement lors de notre arrivée et a pris soin de nous tout au long de notre séjour. Il a répondu à toutes nos demandes, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment nous reposer sur lui.. Merci à Victor et Laïla, les propriétaires, très attentionnés également, avec lesquels nous avons pu échanger pendant notre séjour; Je recommande ce riad pour son confort, sa situation géographique, son calme et la gentillesse de tout son personnel qui a cœur de nous faire passer un séjour inoubliable avec sincérité. Mission réussie !!!

Our stay at Riad Clefs D’Orient was top class. Kamal went out of his way to look after me and my son, from giving local advice about places to go including tips about what to do and the best times of day to visit sites, good restaurant reviews and taking us wherever we needed to go at very measured rates which surprised us. I trusted his judgment at all times. The rest of the staff were also really helpful, and with the wonderful suite we had and the lovely breakfasts, we felt really spoilt. Would definitely return.
