Je recommande absolument PAS cette hôtel, le service est catastrophique… ils se sont trompé sur ma chambre. M’ont fait miroiter qu’ils se rattraperaient en incluant des services dont je n’ai même pas pu bénéficier au moment venue…
La propreté est à revoir de A à Z (voir les photos). Ne relève absolument pas d’un 5 étoiles. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos des sites. Une jolie odeur dans les partie commune mais une fois que vous montez les ascenseurs l’odeur est à vomir, sans compter l’odeur des égouts dans la salle de bain, que j’ai signalé mais rien a été fait…
De plus ma carte marchait une fois sur 2, nous étions placés loin de la réception, je suis en béquille suite à un handicap, j’ai demandé à une personne travaillant dans l’hôtel de faire le nécessaire pour que la carte marche, ce qu’il a essayé de faire, mais la réception lui a dit que je devais me déplacer moi même et me débrouiller seule même si j’étais pas en point….
Sincèrement il y a beaucoup mieux pour moins cher sur Marrakech. Je n’y retournerai jamais.
Merci tout de même au personnel de l’hôtel qui est irréprochable (sauf réception)

Nous sommes obligé de mettre une mauvaise note car la beauté de l’hôtel et l’infrastructure n’a pas suffit à nous faire dormir la nuit ! En effet nous avons pris une suite prestige à plus de 350€ la nuit et nous avons été réveillé pendant nos 3 nuits par des pans et des coqs à partir de 5h du matin ! Il y a 7 pans et un coq en liberté dans le complexe et ils poussent des cris très forts juste devant vos fenêtres. L’hôtel n’a absolument rien fait malgré nos appels et aller retour à la réception!!! Notre fils de 18 mois était très fatigué et nous sommes content d’être rentré à Paris pour enfin pouvoir dormir normalement.

Très mal accueilli, le service de réception laisse à désirer! Ils m'ont annoncé qu'ils n'y avait pas de réservation faite. Ils m'ont laissé me débrouiller et contacter seule le service client trip.com, qui au passage n'est pas mieux, et qui a mis beaucoup de temps à résoudre ce problème. J'ai du faire l'intermédiaire, l'hôtel souhaitait que je règle de nouveau et le service client trop.com m'a suggéré la même chose alors qu j avais bien été prélevé sur mon compte! Très mauvaise expérience, ne réservez pas avec trop.com! Je déconseille. Et le personnel de cet hotel ne vous aidera pas non plus.

Excellent breakfast and concierge service! Staff were very friendly in general. Room was clean but no toothbrush was available. Yoga class was good with reasonable price. Spa service could have been better if more explanations during the treatment were given. Perhaps a new pair of shorts after Hammam before massage.
