So much for 4* hotel! and their half board cousin! First night 3 items as main course only 1 was available! Second night had to have the same rubbish as first night! Presumably it was the same food heated up. Third night reduced to one page menue with 1 item on it! Reason : no other customers except me and my husband! Take it as a 2* b&b and it will be ok.

Je recommande cet hôtel pour son emplacement, tout est proche, le personnel est vraiement au petit soin, chambre très propre calme petit dej variés et complet et je recommande le restaurant extérieur de l'hôtel. Un hôtel familiale où le personnel de souci du client et le directeur est un homme à l'écoute de son client et un homme au grand cœur merci Mr Hicham à vous et toute votre équipe nous reviendront et nous vous recommanderons.

Situé à une trentaine de minutes à pied de la Médina l'hôtel est malheureusement sur un grand axe, avec beaucoup de bruit si vous avez une chambre vers le Boulevard. Mais tout de même très propre et du personnel au petit soin.Le petit déjeuner est copieux et propose un grand choix pour tous les goûts.

La seule bonne chose c’est l’emplacement de l’hôtel, si non une mauvaise odeur que tout le monde peut sentir dès l’entrée de la chambre. La chambre 519 que j’avais personnellement j’ai pas trouvé de serviette, la climatisation n’est pas opérationnelle ainsi que la porte du « soit disant » balcon n’est pas opérationnel alors je vous laisse imaginer une nuit avec une oreillette solide comme une planche, avec température de 49 je crois et sans climatisation. Le matin je me retrouve après ma douche sans serviette…j’ai utilisé le plan B Puis j’ai pris la fuite

Horrible experience, hôtel ne mérite pas une étoile, été très déçu de l’expérience. Réservé sur booking avec petit déjeuner, au comptoir, ils m’ont carrément nié. Ma femme demande une bouteille d’eau, 10 minutes après, ils toquent à la porte en réclamant le montant(25 dh) , alors qu’ils auraient pu patienter jusqu’au lendemain vu notre arrivée tardive et notre fatigue Bref, à fuir absolument. Seul point positif, la gentillesse et l’amabilité des gens du parking.

Depuis 2014 bien malgré une grève du personnels Simple, personnel sympa, petit déjeuner cher 80 diharmes à gauche de l'hôtel 25 diharmes Tout est à proximité Bus Ligne 1 ,16 qui facilite les visites

This hotel is rated as 4 stars, Iwouldn't give it more than 2 stars. I wonder if it was rated by the owner. I booked "luxury suite". What a joke. Poor dated 2 tiny rooms, broken furniture, very few sockets to charge,. It seems that since it was built, nothing was invested their. The only fair thing was a descent breakfast and it is centrally located.
