The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Stayed three nights at the Kenzi Rose Garden while on a Moroccan tour. I'm guessing the tour company chose this one because it was inexpensive. Overall, the hotel is utilitarian and bland. With the exception of some palm-frond paper on one wall, there was no decoration. The furniture was plain. Boring. Our room (2205) looked out over the hotel entrance, so there was plenty of road noise. The room and the bathroom seemed small. It had a coffee pot, a safe, and a refrigerator. Towels were usually provided, although on one occasion it took a couple of calls to housekeeping and a visit to the front desk. The hotel has a large pool area with lots of lounge chairs. This area was much prettier than our room. There are a couple of restaurants, although we only ate in the main restaurant which serves a buffet for breakfast and dinner. The food was OK, but uninspiring.

They had a good breakfast and the outside pool area had a nice relaxing vibe. Good shower with water pressure. But that’s all sadly.
The bad - the beds were uncomfortable very firm. The AC did not work and only had heating option. The issue is that the rooms keep the heat from the sun. Staff kept saying no AC only “general”. They said it’s cold for Moroccans it they were oblivious to the people who the hotels are for - tourists. The guys who take your bags are rude and horrible people. One of them accused me of not paying the local tax. They also disabled my key a day before. I suspect it was because of the tax which I payed towards the end of my stay. I would not stay here again!

Marrakech est vraiment la destination magnifique mais en séjournant au KENZI ROSE GARDEN elle devient magique. Cet hôtel est exceptionnel de part l'attention de tout le personnel, sa situation et propreté. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés sans aucun doute. le petit-déjeuner et les buffets sont parfaits et copieux. Je tenais a remercier toute l'équipe de la réception agréable et toujours disponible à vos demandes ainsi qu'aux femmes de chambre très gentilles. Remerciements également aux personnes des différents restaurants de l'hôtel toujours souriants et prêts à tout pour répondre à vos demandes. Remerciements également à Mr ABDELADDI, Directeur de la piscine ainsi qu'à toute son équipe composée de Tima, Rachid, Ghani et sans oublier Youssef à qui je dédie personnellement UN GRAND MERCi. Toujours le petit plus qui fait plaisir et nous offre une piscine au quotidien très propre. Une très bonne ambiance, diverses activités proposées… A votre disposition également un SPA où vous pouvez vous détendre et profiter de soins exceptionnels. Je ne serai pas revenir à Marrakech sans séjourner au KENZI ROSE GARDEN. Je tenais également à remercier Monsieur MAHFOUD, Directeur Général, qui a fait que mon séjour soit magique grâce à tout son personnel. Espérant avoir oublié personne ! Ne changez rien. Excellent hotel,petit déjeuner excellent,piscine superbe,équipe tres attentive au bien-être des clients et la situation géographique plus q 'excellente car on peut tout faire a pied.nous avons pu changer de chambre car trop bruyante et on nous a donné avec facilité,je recommande vivement cet hotel.
