The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

le séjour s’est très bien passé, l’hôtel est à proximité de tous les restaurants et bar branché, pour sortir c’est très facile même à pied, le service de petit déjeuner en demi pension est très bon. personnel agréable serviable on peux commander en bord de piscine. , je tien à préciser particulièrement une personne très sympathique du personnel de l’hôtel qui m’a donner de très bon conseils et adresses pour mes sorties durant mon séjour. cela nous a permis de découvrir marrakech dans les meilleurs conditions. agréable et serviable elle s’appelle Tima elle anime également des séances de sport autour de la piscine. . je tien à remercie aussi Zakaria à la réception qui nous a très bien accueilli également.je reviendrai ! je recommande cette établissement.

As an asthmatic, walking into the lobby of the Kenzi Rose is an assault on the nose and lungs. It's important to get away from the lobby quickly, as the giant pot full of rose-scented potpourri is overwhelming and will ensure use of a rescue inhaler. Our room was serviceable and clean, but without a consistently working air conditioner. We went to the lobby at least three times and - miraculously! - it was working when we returned. Maybe it turned off during the day. The food was OK, but the people serving it weren't welcoming, as I learned when I didn't put the spoon for the tagine eggs back quickly enough and when I tried to engage the man frying dough on the patio. The machine coffee necessitates a stop elsewhere. Given the extraordinary places we stayed while touring Morocco, the Kenzi definitely needs an upgrade.

On our Gate 1 15-Day tour of Morocco, we stayed at seven different hotels and this was by far our least favorite. Other than location and the pool area, there are not a lot of positives here. The lobby has an overpowering rose smell, the hallway carpets are dirty, the A/C in the room only worked when we called to complain, the buffet food was average at best, and the front desk staff couldn't have cared any less. Gate 1 should reconsider their partnership.
