Das Riad Cocoon liegt mitten in der Medina von Marrakesch, aber dank Corinne und ihrem Team kann man den Aufenthalt von Anfang an genießen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber - natürlich mitten in der Medina nicht immer leise. Corinne kümmert sich um alles, damit man dem Stress des Autoverkehrs entgeht und trotzdem mitten in der Medina wohnen kann. Man wird liebevoll umsorgt und gleichzeitig mit allen Informationen versorgt, die man benötigt. Ein anderes Highlight waren ihre Buchungen für Unternehmungen. Sie kannte die besten Guides, coolsten Unternehmungen und zuverlässigsten Fahrer. Wir können das Cocoon wärmsten empfehlen.

Riad Cocoon è un vero paradiso nella Medina. Un'oasi di tranquillità e di benessere. Arredato con grande stile, ha un numero limitato di camere tutte di grande comfort con dettagli ricercati. Ottima anche la cucina se decidete di pranzare o cenare presso il Riad. Impagabile la colazione sulla terrazza! L'hammam e i servizi SPA sono eccellenti con due ottime terapiste. Corinne è semplicemente fantastica. Ci ha seguito dalla prima prenotazione fino al momento di lasciare il Riad. Tutti servizi che ci ha organizzato (autista, escursioni, prenotazioni di ristoranti) sono stati eccellenti. Tutto il personale è molto professionale, sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutarti. Non posso che consigliare Riad Cocoon!

Riad parfaitement placé et au calme. Le personnel est très agréable. Les massages un plaisir. La restauration parfaite. Nous ne manquerons pas d’y retourner. De très bon conseils pour les excursions et la restauration extérieure. Encore merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours au RIAD Cocoon et nous avons adoré. L'accueil et l'accompagnement des hôtes tout au long de notre séjour ont été incroyables. Des hôtes attentionnés et engagés. Le RIAD est extrêmement bien situé et tranquille.

Corinne est une hôtesse remarquable, à la tête d'une équipe très accueillante et professionnelle. Un service, des conseils, une cuisine formidable. L'emplacement est par ailleurs très facile d'accès (si on ne se perd pas dans la Médina).

The riad was nice, lots of character and conveniently located for the souks. The staff were really helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We started with a hamam spa and enjoyed the experience. (first time for both of us)
I found the mopeds around the medina were a hazard and the fumes were unpleasant. It took me a couple of days to relax as it was so full on.
We tried some roof top great restaurants, walked for miles and soaked up the vibrancy of Marrakech. Our hot air balloon trip was a highlight for both of us.
A trip to Marrakech has been on the bucket list for a long time, and I'm really glad we went.

En plein centre mais calme et silencieux, dans une petite rue de la Médina on va de surprise en surprise : l’architecture, le décor, l’espace, le volume le patio, la terrasse, les divans profonds sous le ciel inimitable de Marrakech, tout est d’un goût exquis. L’accueil est chaleureux, l’hôtesse est irréfragablement la personne la plus attentionnée qui soit. Elle a tout prévu pour que notre séjour, tant dans son Rihad qu’à Marrakech soit un enchantement. Personnellement, j’y ai passé une merveilleuse semaine et ne peux moins faire que de recommander vivement cette belle maison. J’oubliais de dire que la cuisinière prépare de délicieux plats marocains si l’on veut y prendre des repas, et qu’une excellente masseuse me faisait oublier mes fatigues diurnes. Il y a aussi un hammam, pour nous mettre….dans le bain. Merci à l’hôtesse et son impeccable personnel
