Un palace dédié au luxe et au bien être. Nous sommes arrivés à plus de 22h et même à cette heure tardive l accueil fut irréprochable. Les chambres sont luxueuses, les restaurants très beaux et somptueux et les mets succulents. Le personnel est toujours souriant, disponible et d une politesse exemplaire. Le spa est le lieu rêvé pour se détendre. Nous avons passé 6 jours hors du temps, une semaine de rêve que nous ne sommes pas prêt d oublier.

Semaine de rêve, endroit magnifique, prestations haut de gamme et personnel irréprochable. Mais il y a un mais! Le service client ne respecte pas ses engagements au regard des clients. Quand il s agit de monter le dossier tout ce fait immédiatement et les réponses aux mails sont instantanées. Mais quand il s agit d une réclamation sur le manquements envers le client là c est autre chose! Des non réponses aux mails et pas d avancée. Cela est bien dommage pour un établissement de renom. Même si j ai passé une semaine magnifique, je n y retournerai pas!

C’est un magnifique hôtel, avec du caractère, de l’exclusivité et surtout un sens du service inégalable. La clientèle est est le centre d’intérêt de tous les employés du Selman. Un grand merci à Salman, Kamilia et Lamia pour l’organisation de ce magnifique moment, mais merci également à Manal et Abbas pour le service de chambre au quotidien, on ne manquait de rien, ils étaient disponibles et à l’écoute de toutes nos demandes. Merci à vous tous.

Magnifique endroit, très, très luxueux. Ambiance élégante. L'excellent - autant qu'abondant! - brunch du dimanche avec le spectacle équestre donné par les purs-sang de l'écurie des propriétaires est un must. Personnel très aimable attentif et professionnel. J'espère pouvoir y retourner très vite.

Le brunch du dimanche est formidable, les plats, le spectacle de chevaux et le service sont à la hauteur de l'endroit. Encore merci à Hasna pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse journée au Selman J'aurai juste à déplorer la disparition du chapeau de ma fille au kids club qui n'a jamais été retrouvé

Selman Marrakech is a beautiful hotel, the hotel grounds were breathtaking. We booked a villa, loved every bit of it. Our butler Ahmed took care of all our needs. A big thank you. The most special experience for us was seeing the in house horses, the stables were spotless and the horses, all were so beautiful. That was the main reason we booked this hotel, my girls loved the riding experiences and they went to say hi to the horses everyday. The only thing that could be improved a bit would be the food selection. There were not much choices on the menu. The hotel is not near any restaurants, you would need to book a taxi. It's a family owned hotel and the hotel staff is one big family. They were kind enough to invite us to attend their end of year party. You can see how much they adored the hotel owner. All the staff took pride in their work. That says a lot about this hotel. Selman Marrakech is indeed a special place.

We didn't stay at this hotel but we did a day pass - it's about £130ish depending on the rate - this included a 3 course meal a bed with service all day. This place is exquisite, it has beautiful Moroccan charm, the place is tranquil and real treat of the senses. I can only say have a look at the pics. I also had a ride on one of the horses out of the stables. Phenomenal experience.
