A very unique traditional courtyard hotel in the old town. Everything is exquisite. The owner is very tasteful. The waiters are very friendly and hygienic. Our two-day stay left a very deep impression on us.

Perdu au milieu de la vieille ville ce Riyad est bien si vous êtes en vacances et restez peu dans votre chambre . J y ai séjourné pour un séjour professionnel et ce n est pas adapté pour une femme seule . L accueil au Riyad est exceptionnel mais l accès est compliqué il faut traverser de petites ruelles sales et peu fréquentées je n étais pas à l aise . De plus ma chambre donnait sur le patio central donc j étais obligée de tout laisser fermer .

The hospitality was more than you can expect! Warmness, kindness, and welcoming! The feeling of being transported to another time with modern amenities. Attention to every detail, cleanliness, comfort and breakfast was top notch! Great place in the medina, and close to get lost in the wonders of the souk! 10 out of 10!

We stayed for five nights to use as our base for exploring and activities . The property is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and Abduls attention to detail second to none. We availed of the arranged transfer , and this took alot of the confusion out of trying to find the Raid as we were meet from the taxi and brought to the Raid. The location is very central in the medina but the raid itself is an oasis of tranquility. As with our travels in morroco we suggest don't enter a taxi until the boot /trunk is closed over your bags and don't leave cash in hotel safes.

Staff were very friendly and ever so helpful. Breakfast was delicious. However, the Riad was very difficult to find and the floors in the room were quite dusty. Overall a positive experience and would come back.

The room was a bit small but very nicely presented and service was very good. Abdullah carried one of my luggage with me until the medina market close to taxi, very nice and helpful person. Generally, everyone was nice from cleaning staff to service etc. Amenities were great, would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding!! Great people/staff. Make you feel warm, cozy and cared for. We used this as our Morocco base and every time we returned we felt like we were returning home. We also had two great dinners here in addition to the bountiful and healthy breakfasts. Beautiful rooms, great location. Wonderful walking tour with Mohamed too. Highly highly recommend that you stay here.
