Privatisation de Jnane pour fêter mes 40 ans entre amis et famille! Chacun pouvait bénéficier de son intimité et de son confort avec les villas proposés. La prestation anniversaire vue avec Sara à été respectée. Nous avons vécu une soirée enchanteresse avec une décoration intérieure et extérieure merveilleuse! Repas délicieux qui a ravi toutes les papilles. Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné, un grand merci. Spéciale remerciement à Yassine qui a répondu à la moindre de nos sollicitations à toutes heures! Satisfaite à 1000%, je recommande++++ Ps: j'avais même fait une demande originale pour le dessert qui a été respectée

Dès mon arrivée à l’hôtel niché au cœur de la palmeraie de Marrakech, j’ai été enveloppé par une sensation de tranquillité absolue. L’attention portée aux détails est manifeste, chaque élément a été pensé avec un goût exquis pour assurer une expérience des plus apaisantes. Ma chambre offre une vue imprenable que l’on peut admirer dès le réveil, sans même quitter le confort de son lit. Les salles de bains sont des chefs-d’œuvre de fonctionnalité et de style, où chaque matinée commence par une note de luxe. Le personnel est l’âme de l’hôtel, alliant professionnalisme et bienveillance. Ils anticipent les besoins avec discrétion et efficacité, rendant chaque interaction aussi agréable que mémorable. Les piscines sont des oasis rafraîchissantes, parfaitement intégrées dans la végétation luxuriante qui entoure l’établissement. Se détendre au bord de l’eau, entouré par la nature, est une expérience véritablement régénérante. En somme, cet hôtel n’est pas seulement un lieu de séjour, c’est une destination en soi, promettant calme et sérénité dans un cadre d’une beauté à couper le souffle.

Location: over 30 minutes out of town (make it 40-45 with the usual traffic). Service: the very limited staff was friendly and helpful, despite what appeared to be very long working hours (early AM to late PM). Rooms: decorated quite nicely, but only have the basics (e.g. no coffee available in the rooms). Watch the pricing! E.g.: a small beer bottle costs 110 dirhams (10 Euro), whereas it's 70 dirhams in every luxury hotel or bar in town! The "breakfast included" is actually quite limited and includes a moka coffee, a plate with a few carbs (cake etc), honey and jam... Other breakfast things are not included, e.g. eggs/omelettes are an extra 66 dirhams (6 Euro) each, a plate with fruit slices is 88 dirhams (8 Euro), an espresso coffee i 33 dirhams (3 Euro)... Plus, watch the final round! Our group was charged over 75,000 dirhams (yes, you read well) of extras! But NOT A SINGLE RECEIPT OR A PIECE OF PAPER was provided to confirm that the purchase had happened, or assign it to a specific room. Unbelievable! PS: don't listen to their excuses... the card worked just fine, in fact, I eventually paid despite the protest!

Les hôtes et surtout Yassine, sont très accueillants, le repas était excellent ! On a passé une super journée pour profiter de la piscine qui était à une température idéale ! Je recommande en famille ou entre amis! Nous reviendrons !

Absolutely fantastic. A beautiful oasis on the outskirts of Marrakech. Amazing accommodation. Very clean, comfortable and to a very high standard. The staff especially Yassine (the manager) and Hicham (the driver) cannot do enough for you. So helpful, friendly and professional. The food is delivered with pride and a smile by the lovely local ladies. All produced with such care and attention to detail. Space to relax by the pool or stroll through the grounds. Tortoises meandering about, a lovely friendly dog and cat too. All part of the family. We went on a 3 night, 4 day yoga retreat. Yoga twice daily then A couple of trips into the Medina, all made easier by the transfer with Hicham. Cannot fault the place. Highly highly recommended.
