La struttura datata e sicuramente un tempo era un bellissimo 5 stelle ma adesso non vale nemmeno 2 stelle. Aspetti positivi: Bellissima piscina, camere spaziose e letti comodissimi. Aspetti negativi: Pulizia lasciava molto molto a desiderare.. Colazione internazionale con brioches fredde, tavoli mai apparecchiati, assenza di cucchiani e tovaglioli, distributore del latte sporco, tavoli con tovaglie macchiate e sporco in ogni angolo della sala.la cosa peggiore è che ogni giorno si verificava la stessa cosa e nessuno faceva mai niente per cambiare la situazione. Per finire struttura molto lontana dal centro e per niente economica. DA EVITARE!!

Lejos de todo, te quedas atrapado en un hotel bonito pero con un servicio mediocre y una comida que no corresponde a las estrellas del hotel. La peor comida de Marrakesh fue la cena en el restaurante del hotel y aunque para el desayuno hay bufet (calidad media) se llena y no resurten, tienes que desayunar lo que dejaron los grupos grandes. El lugar es bonito, pero no viajé a Marrakech para un masaje o estar en una alberca de agua fría para el clima. Pésima experiencia

Nice room and decent food. Service was ok too. Next time though I would stay at the Palm Plaza Hotel & Spa which we did also. Much nicer room and much better food and service! Shop around for best location and hotel amenities!

The view of the sunset from the hotel is stunning, but without exception the best thing in the hotel is the staff. Friendly and extremely helpful. We had some last minute problems with our flights home and Iman, who was at the front desk went above and beyond to help us sort this out. She was calm, reassuring and extremely competent. I can not speak highly enough of the staff at this hotel.
