Hotel regular. La ubicación es fantástica porque en un minuto estás en la plaza pero las instalaciones son antiguas. La limpieza escasa, de cuatro noches que estuvimos solo nos hicieron la habitación un día. El primer día nos alojaron en una habitación que estaba sucia, pelos en el suelo y mesillas llenas de azúcar y ceniza, se lo dijimos al chico e inmediatamente nos cambió a otra que estaba mejor. El baño mal, la ducha se inundaba porque tenía puesto el tapón para que no saliera el olor a tuberías y no había espacio para dejar el neceser. La atención de las personas que trabajan allí fue servicial y amable.

El personal sólo habla inglés y francés, las habitaciones tienen TV dañada no funcionan, el servicio de limpieza es horrible sólo lo hacen cuando ellos quieren y al dejar el reclamo la chica de limpieza dice que limpiará al día siguiente y se va, hace lo que ella quiere, si pueden evitar este hotel, por favor háganlo, las camas sólo tienen 1 almohada por persona y mala.

I was with 2 friends our room was okay In terms of price, it was great, we didn't spend too much, we had problems at the beginning, but after consultation the problems were solved Hotel staff was very nice. I would come again just because of the staff he offered us atay and was always nice

you‘ll get what you pay… there was no towels or toilettepaper available and the bathroom had a very strong smell. the location is great, but i would only choose this hotel if you just need sonething close to sleep

awful experience on the first day in morocco, there was no elevator to carry our luggage’s and the man working there was just looking at us while struggling to get up. the rooms are very small and things are easy to break. one of the service working there was very aggressive to my friend and almost pushed her from the stairs because he was angry we came at the hotel ( why was the hotel even closed at night??) it felt like we were a bunch of teenagers stuck in a student room and we had a curfew. thankfully we left after the first night because it was a nightmare l. if you are looking for a hotel pls pay look further and pay more because this is not worth it at all

You can go out in the night because the man of the reception will close the front door. This man is very aggressive and angry. The rooms are small and cold. You have to lift your own luggage upstairs while the man of the reception looks at you. We were there with 4 people and they gave us 1 towel and we had to wait till next day to get 2 more towels. Also toilet paper they didnt gave us. Very bad hotel and we where treated badly. Would NOT recommend to go there.

Poorservice from the man in the counter, lack of towels and shower ammenities unless its asked for. Noisy during the night until 3 AM. Host also complaining about ******* booking for the start set a negative tone from the start of my stay. Only positives were the cleanliness and location.
There are better options for similarly priced hotels in the area so I would not recommend a stay here.
