AMAZING. It is very rare I leave reviews, unless I feel they are truly deserved and… wow! We could not fault our stay! Dar Mo’da is the most beautiful, calming riad in the perfect location. The interior is stunning and the whole place is immaculate. Mounaim was wonderful and looked after us so well - nothing was too much trouble and he gave us great recommendations along with also booking taxis, restaurants and day-time activities. The whole team were so attentive, kind and made us both feel so at home. This was our first time in Marrakech and we will most definitely be back. And there is nowhere else we will stay! We look forward to visiting again in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful break. Rebecca & Tom x

Begonnen hat die Beziehung vor 1 Jahr mit erster persönlicher, engagierter und herzlicher e-Mail Kommunikation. Geblieben ist eine unvergessliche Gastfreundschaft in einem wunderschön renovierten Altstadtpalais mit herzlichstem Personal. Wer hier logiert, weiss was an vielen Feriendestinationen auf dieser Welt fehlt- eine Seele! Herzlichen Dank, Mounaim und seinem Team für diesen verwöhnenden Aufenthalt! Everything was perfect: location, service, breakfast, interior design. Rooftop terrace was amazing, with unforgettable sunsets. Mounaim is always there providing valuable advice on restaurants, attractions, helping with reservations. A big “thank you” to the him and his kind staff. Hope we will be back someday!

So many positive things to say about this brilliant place. The accommodation is absolutely gorgeous and we had a lovely room on the roof terrace that made it feel like we were in our own private hotel. Every morning we stepped out on to the terrace and were served a delicious continental breakfast with some local delicacies as well. But what really makes this place so special are the small team of caring staff at Dar Mo'da that go out of their way every day to make you feel special and genuinely wish to help in any way they can. Mounaim the manager was super helpful and booked dinners and attractions for us and gave us some great tips during our 4 day stay. If you are visiting Marrakech then this place should be top of your list. You won't regret it. We certainly will be back for another Moroccan adventure!!

Élégant space with a gracious, dedicated staff makes for a thoroughly relaxing stay in the midst of the action. Delicious breakfasts and gorgeous sunsets from the spacious yet intimate roof terraces. Be sure to arrange in advance lunch or dinner prepared just for you - better than any restaurant. Cleanliness, quality and quiet are priorities for us. This experience was exactly what we needed. Thank you to Mounaim and the wonderful Dar Mo’da team.

A fantastic small hotel, ideally placed in the heart of the Medina, very close to the Secret Garden. The Dar is beautifully furnished throughout in a light, calming palette. Our room was luxurious and comfortable with a lovely seating area and everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The rooftop terrace was particularly lovely for breakfast and a late evening drink. The customer service was incredible from all the staff - someone was always on hand to bring you a mint tea or direct you personally through the souks. Our host Mounaim could not have been more helpful with his recommendations of places to visit and longer trips, taking away the stress of having to research and organise ourselves. His suggested restaurants were always amazing and he recommended some great quality carpet shops as well which we would never have found on our own. You can even have a traditional hammam at the Dar which we enjoyed very much. All in all one of the best holidays we’ve had, we will be recommending this Dar to everyone we know.

Beautiful, peaceful and run to perfection by Mo and his lovely team. The location is excellent if you want to be able to explore the Medina on foot. But inside the Riad things are peaceful and quiet. The rooftop terrace, plunge pool and breakfasts were all lovely features. The best thing about the place is the level of service and comfort. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff and Mo go to so much effort. They even offered to help wrap our shopping safely for the flight and walked us to venues and booked meals for us. They strike a perfect balance between looking after you completely but never being intrusive. Wonderful people and nothing you could complain about at this place.

Fabulous Riad, beautifully decorated, tranquil and very comfortable. The terrace area is stunning with a seating area, pool and shaded dinning table. The food was great and the Riad is in a fantastic location near the middle of the Medina, close to the Secret Garden. Mounaim and his staff were amazing… nothing was too much trouble… we will be back!!!
