Gros coup de cœur pour ce Riad ou l’on se sent très vite comme à la maison, le personnel est vraiment gentil compétent et serviable. Toujours avec le sourire et à nous proposer de l’aide. Nous sommes venus sans réserver et tout était complet, Imad nous a aidé à trouver un autre Riad pour une nuit avec une extrême sympathie. Nous sommes revenus ensuite dès qu il y avait de la place. L’endroit est chaleureux,les chambres sont très propres. Nous avons profité d’un massage qui nous a fait beaucoup de bien et le tajine au poulet était une tuerie ! Le petit dej est copieux et très complet. On a pu faire une lessive et on nous a même proposé du thé sur le rooftop ! Rien à redire sur cet endroit si ce n’est d’y aller les yeux fermés ! Can't fault this one at all. Staff were excellent, printed our boarding passes for going home, brought tea and biscuits to our room on first night and were there if you needed any help with directions, etc. Liked to show interest in where you had been as well. The rooftop is excellent as well as the rooms. Would definitely recommend.

The most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The furniture, decoration, architecture and rooms are absolutely breathtaking. The staff was incredible. So sweet, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast that was included was great. 1000% will be returning and I could not recommend it more if I tried. If you come to Marrakech STAY AT RIAD LOSRA!!! AMAZING 1000/10!!!!!!!!

Bellissima Riad a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Marrakech, comoda, pulita, silenziosa. Il personale sempre presente è molto cordiale che ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Le colazioni sono semplici ma sostanziose per iniziare bene la giornata nella frenetica Marrakech. Abbiamo anche cenato in Riad una sera, cena tipica in stile marocchino molto buona. Le camere si presentano pulite e in stile, ma soprattutto silenziose non poco se si pensa alla rumorosa frenesia della città!

Stayed in Riad Lorsa for a couple of nights to get a first impression of Marrakesh. This turned out to have been a great choice. Located in a lively neighbourhood yet very quiet at night. Very friendly welcome. Staff were very attentive and took great care in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Room and facilities as shown on photos. Breakfast very copious and delicious. Wanted to book a few nights to finish off our Tour of Morocco - unfortunately for us Riad Lorsa was already fully booked. Conclusion: Only to be recommended

Nous avons passé 6 jours à Marrakech au Riad Losra et avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre était très confortable, les repas excellents et je dois souligner l’excellent service donné par le personnel. Je recommanderais ce riad sans hésitation.

Riad Losra is a welcoming oasis. The staff are warm and helpful. The location is great. You are in the medina but in a quieter and less touristy area.

Everything was very nice.The location was easy but the staff member was waiting for us as soon as we got off of the taxi to help us. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms was clean. Ali, Imad and Farid couldn't be more helpful with everything. We will definitely be back 🍀🌴

Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questo Riad per un week end a Marrakech.. Appena arrivati nel vicolo si ha l impressione di aver sbagliato la prenotazione,ma una volta aperte le porte del Riad la realtà è ben diversa. Luogo molto elegante dallo stile particolare,camere pulite e silenziose. Posizione molto comoda,per visitare Marrakech Lo staff...beh...super super gentilissimi! Nonostante il nostro pessimo inglese hanno fatto il loro meglio per farci sentire a casa...prenotandoci la navetta per i trasferimenti da e per l aeroporto...e facendoci trovare la colazione da portare via la mattina della partenza alle ore 5 del mattino!!! E il the alla mente a qualsiasi ora del giorno ! Che dire...un ospitalità davvero fantastica... Il posto merita davvero e consiglio di prenotare anche un bel massaggio rilassante Noi l abbiamo fatto ed è stato da 10 e lode!!! Grazie grazie! Stra consigliato! Ketty e Jerry!
