I was over charged. My booking was 194€ and I was charged of 410€. I did contact booking and the property and I’m still waiting for the refund .the review is our opinion about the situation. We went to marraquech to relax and we did nothing else since we arrive home that dealing with booking, you and bank to try to get the money that you over charge back. We just got the information that you refuse the refund of the over charge. The rooms are dark and no privacy. We had two cockroaches in the room. Terrible experience.

Appalling customer service from Hamza, the person in charge, who didn’t complete the check-in formalities on arrival and sent Abduraman at 11.30 pm to our room when we were fast asleep to collect the tax charges of 5€ plus our pending food bill of 14€. Please note that the room charge was already paid in full before arrival. When asked if we could pay the next day at check-out (as it is common practice in most hotels based on our traveling experience), we were rudely treated and denied our request on the grounds that there would be no staff available at 9am (which was actually not true). When asked if we could pay by card he insisted that it wasn’t possible. We asked to speak with the manager and we were aggressively verbally treated and were asked to leave the premises at midnight by Hamza if we didn’t pay right then (which we anyway never disagreed on). They also asked to keep our passports as deposit until the morning. We have never been to a such a shockingly inhospitable property in 20 years of traveling. By far, the worst customer service we have received in our lives. The property even cancelled our booking on the reservation app after our stay presumably to avoid a bad review (even though the room charges were prepaid). We had to contact the booking app to get our booking reinstated and our review published. On a positive note, the ground staff (nightwatchman, cooks and cleaning staff) were super kind and accommodating.

Excellent location, wonderful place with top services. The lady personnel an excellent host. The place is wonderful decorated, good quality and beautiful traditional items everything! Services discreet and top. Highly recommended!
