Prachtig kleine Riad met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt uitstekend mocht je daar s’avonds willen dineren ook dat is goed.

I have been to Marrakech so many times but this place really was outstanding. Staying in the annex with the pool that we had to ourselves nearly the entire time was the icing on top! From arranging with the lovely owners to the ladies in the kitchen but most impressive was Mouhcine! the decor is lovely and modern moroccan/boho. the sink and vanity in the entry way was a unique and welcome touch!

Our stay at Dar Housnia was amazing. We hope to go back. The decor was beautiful, the staff were friendly and we had excellent service from them. The food was delicious and the room was stunning. The location is within walking distance of the Souks and main square. The rooftop was peaceful and comfortable to sunbathe with a drink. Thank you Abdul for our lovely rooftop breakfasts, it was a lovely way to start the day.

J’ai passé 4 nuits à Dar Housnia et j’ai été plus que conquise par ce magnifique Riad ! Le service était irréprochable (Abdou et Bouchra mettent tout en place pour que vous ne manquiez de rien). Les chambres étaient spacieuses et très propres. Le rooftop était l’endroit rêvé pour prendre le petit dej ou l’apéro et la nourriture était plus que délicieuse ! Vous ressortirez apaisés de ce merveilleux endroit.

J’y ai passé 4 nuits et 5 jours pour ma première fois à Marrakech et c’était magique! Le Riad est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables et le rooftop permet de prendre le petit déjeuner et l’apéro dans un cadre apaisant. Le personnel est très accueillant et était aux petits soins pour nous. Nous y avons dégusté un tajine délicieux et de très bons cocktails. Mention spéciale à Bouchra et Abdou qui ont été très gentils, prévenants et généreux avec nous! Encore merci à tous le personnel pour ce merveilleux séjour! Nous reviendrons.

This traditional riad was very quaint and the staff is hospitable. The service was great, breakfast was delicious ( fresh squeezed OJ). The riad is tucked away off of a main road but any time we left at night Abdul would personally walk us to our taxi. Abdul was certainly the star of the show. Very friendly and always made sure we were taken care of, inside and outside of the Riad. We would come back solely for him alone

Ravis de nos deux séjours à Marrakech en 2023 (principalement à la Palmeraie), nous souhaitions revenir cette année, mais en logeant cette fois dans la Medina. Attachant beaucoup d'importance au calme et à l'authenticité, nous avons effectué différentes recherches pour trouver un hôtel, sans grand succès. Sur les (bons) conseils d'amis, le riad Dar Housnia nous a été recommandé. Nous n'avions pas songé à une maison d'hôtes au départ mais, après y avoir séjourné une semaine, l'expérience au Dar Housnia s'est avérée une réussite. Le tout avec un service ultra personnalisé digne d'un palace! En effet, le personnel du riad est au petit soin et d'une extrême gentillesse. Les propriétaires étaient également présents et nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement. L'aménagement de la maison est raffiné et épuré, avec de beaux objets de décoration. Outre les excellents petits déjeuner (jus frais, oeufs etc), nous avons également dîner à plusieurs reprises sur place. La cuisinière, Zineb, prépare d'excellents plats que l'on peut choisir préalablement. Et tout ceci est proposé avec un très bon rapport qualité prix ! Bref, comme nos amis, nous recommandons sans réserve ce riad, où nous retournerons plus que très probablement...

Accueil parfait, service excellent, bienveillance , et sourires, comme « à la maison » ! Abdou très gentil et d’une incroyable disponibilité, l’équipe est parfaite , Rien à reprocher, y aller les yeux fermés et se laisser porter par ce service tellement disponible et avenant ! Si estás pensando viajar a Marrakech te recomiendo este Riad.Cuidado con mucho esmero y decorado con mucho gusto este impecable lugar te hara sentir como en casa.Cuenta con una terraza súper agradable para desayunar y con una bonita piscina si quieres darte un baño al final del día.El desayuno está riquísimo,la cena también. Es tranquilo y muy agradable.Sin embargo lo mejor es el personal:en todo momento están deseando ayudarte y aconsejarte.Amables,profesionales y muy serviciales.Muy agradecidos por sus cuidados y consejos.
