Cozy and clean riad. The location allows you to reach every point of interest on foot. The breakfast, which varies every day, and the dinners on the terrace are excellent. The very kind girls pamper you from the first step into the riad, mint tea and pastries at every entrance, breakfast served at any time, ready to help you at any time of the day. Our room even had a fireplace which we found lit several times. We stayed three nights. Everything was perfect from the abundant and delicious breakfast, different every day.. the excellent dinners and we took advantage of the hammam and the massage.. what a show!!! There is nothing to add, just GO ON LIKE THIS!!!! YOU DESERVE THESE WONDERFUL REVIEWS.

Found by chance on booking and never happier choice than this! Wonderful welcome, very kind staff, charming furnishings with attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness. The room was a wedding favor: small but super welcoming. The particular thing was the bathroom, a small spa, separated from the room only by a thin curtain. We also had dinner one evening. Fantastic! Abundant (even too much!!), well cooked, but above all dinner was served to us in the secluded room, with a fireplace lit for us and a table set with great refinement. All very intimate and romantic. Unfortunately we were unable to use the hammam due to time constraints, but this is also a truly enchanting environment. Last gem: breakfast. Abundant, freshly cooked, served in the internal courtyard or on the wonderful terrace. We have tried both experiences. It was worth it. If I really have to find a flaw, unfortunately there is no POS for the credit card, so only cash (but the bank to withdraw is nearby). If we ever return to Marrakech, we will definitely stay here again. Well done everyone!

I had a fantastic stay in Marrakech over Christmas. Riad 49 was an excellent choice, well-kept, welcoming and with excellent cleanliness. Beautiful room, bathroom that looks like a hamman. The staff is super welcoming, they are available to help you with everything. They make you feel at home. Dinner is absolutely recommended. All three women who run the Riad make you feel like a King. Appreciated the tea and delicacies that they make you find when you return in the afternoon to enjoy on the terrace while admiring the beautiful Marrakesh.

Magnificent ryade found by chance following a last minute cancellation from ******* (I don't mind mentioning it as the service is terrible). Very pleasant Ryade, all in simplicity, human warmth and quality service. Hamman very good. The food is also very good and the place is well located. We were pleasantly surprised to find this hidden jewel of a hotel. The staff are the most courteous and helpful group of individuals you will ever find. The facility itself was immaculately clean and beautiful at all times. Our room was comfortable, spacious and neatly decorated with local accents that made our experience the more beautiful.
The hotel is within walking distance Yo all the shopping at the Medina and the nightlife around the plaza. We will definitely come back to this hotel in our next trip to Marrakesh.
