Was definitely a great experience in the desert! Every detail was very exotic/desert styled. Absolutely loved the environment. Not gonna lie, the amenities had to be bought like shampoo etc.

Bad services, no communication, we tried to contact the hotel multiple times- the number listed on the app was wrong and trip customer service could not provide a working number for the hotel- we cancelled the order immediately after booking when we realized the wrong dates - the hotel still confirmed the booking in order to not pay our refund

Nice place, very quiet, the only flaw is that the car is parked outside, very far from the rooms and therefore taking away the luggage is a bit complicated, but all in all it's fine, I wouldn't go back also because there are so many hotels

Nice camp with a view but tents one next to the others in agafay. No bottles of water on arrival. Okay room, good value for money. No shower gel in the shower.

This place used to be such a nice place but since the old crew is gone it became one unprofessional mess. I have never seen such a bad service and staff with this kind of arrogance and attitude. I’ll never recommend this place again to anyone. I used to come a lot for ages with my entire family but never again!

My stay at Selina Agafay Camp was one of the worst paid experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking to enjoy a pleasant stay in the Agafay Desert, I strongly advise against visiting this place. From the moment I arrived, the experience turned into a nightmare. The tents had serious air leakage problems, making the interior cold and uncomfortable. The dinner only made things worse: impossible to book and a total lack of organization. The service was disastrous. Every request was ignored or mocked, promises were not kept, and my tent lacked waterproof covering, adding further discomfort to the stay. Not to mention that the tents cannot be locked; there are no keys, which made me feel very unsafe. I highly recommend not wasting your money here. It’s hard to imagine a worse experience.

NEVER BOOK there. I am a world traveler and I have never been received like that EVER. The camp was apparently overbooked and instead of helping us trying to be relocated they just left us waiting over 2h and then MADE US deal with it as if it was not there problem. The manager was super rude, not friendly at all. Obviously we were not the only one in the case, an other group waited 5h before to realise they were in the same case. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If they delete this comment I ll repost til they leave it. People need to know !!!! 👎👎👎👎

OVERPRICED!!! Very overpriced and tasteless food because they know there are no other options, since you are in the desert. Same with drinkable water, i suggest you bring it with you; in a supermarket it will cost you 3 MAD instead of 30 MAD. Similar thing with shampoo, bring it with you. Breakfast - average, no moroccan options, all cold Lunch - only “european” food, terrible taste, 3x very ovepriced. Ordered a burger and vegi wrap and they were both cold and tasteless, yet we still waited 45 minutes for them. Dinner - good atmosphere with moroccan music, very pricey compared to marrakech, not enough seats for all guests Drinks: very overpriced Staff: understaffed, very chaotic and unorganized, we waited 45 mins for fries in an almost empty restaurant. And more than 90 mins for dinner. Some people were actually leaving dinner because they were not served. Unacceptable! Wifi hardly ever working. Also get your own transfer to and from Selina because booking with them will cost you double. Overall place is very clean and the views are amazing. If you dont mind the terrible food and high prices, i would suggest the place for max 1 or 2 nights.

AMAZING place to stay in Agafay desert ! The view is breathtaking, it really looks like planet mars !! The tents were comfortable and there is an AC :) Thank you Montassir for your great and professional service during breakfast and diner ! The only negative point is the price of the taxi to Marrakech which is about 60€, so I would recommend sharing it with other guests of the hotel that are also checking out !!

I really liked the concept of this camp, which for me is totally different from the rest. I wrote an article about them on my website, as well as an interview with a digital nomad I met there so you can get to know the Selina philosophy. You arrive at Selina Agafay Nomad Camp in a 40-minute drive from Marrakech. As you check-in at the camp, you are invited to join their community to connect with other travelers through a WhatsApp group where you can keep up to date with the daily activities they offer and connect with other travelers. Every day there is a welcome drink in The View, the common area of the camp to meet the newly arrived guests and daily and if you wish, you have the possibility to do activities such as ATV Quad Ride, Camel Ride, Buggy Ride, night bonfires or morning meditations, just to name a few examples, because Selina Agafay's program is super complete. For those who stay in the camp for more days, there are possibilities of excursions to the Ourika Valley or to the Oudzoud waterfalls, balloon rides, meditation workshops, mindfulness or different types of Yoga, massages, etc. In the camp, according to Selina's philosophy, there are different types of tents and rooms, both private and shared. I stayed in a glamping tent with bathroom, shower, air conditioning-heating, a Nespresso, desk, TV, beautiful decoration and private pool. You don't know what it's like to watch the sunset or wake up and see the sunrise from here. The colors of the sky are wonderful. If you feel you don't want to connect and prefer privacy or a few days of disconnection, you're in the right place here too. Many of the tents are isolated and far enough away from each other to feel solitary if that's what you're looking for. By the way, the wifi works great all around the camp. I had to do some work stuff the day I was there and the connectivity is excellent. Definitely a great place to visit this desert for a day, and a great option to stay several days if you want to meet other travelers and connect.

This stay at this camp was fantastic! Not only was it an extremely clean and well-maintained camp - it actually has a lovely interior. The tent was very very clean - it actually even smelled fresh which scores big with me. PLUS - service, all across, the board - was exceptional. Really friendly and flexible management and taken care of. There's a high level of genuine personal attention. Many thanks to Abdo, Chadia, Montacer,Ayoub (Bar), Monaim, Zouhair and the so nice guy ayoub (reception)
