Most of the staff don't speak English! Very poor breakfast and dirty tables.No pool towels, the manager gave me a dirty one after I was waiting for 3 hours !!! Outside - the blue sofas rest area - nobody cleaned it for 3 days... When I asked for coffee cups ,they told me that they didn't have any !!! Builders work during the day....Too far away from the centre. No balcony, the view from our room was the wall !! We fave a family room with 2 bathrooms, but only the one with hot water!! The negatives are more than the positives for the hotel.No change for the second visit .

Hotel pouvant être bruyant compte tenu de la proximité de grandes avenues sur lesquelles motos et voitures , la nuit se font plaisir. Chambres et autres pièces propres. Nourriture bonne à excellente. Gestion de la restauration calamiteuse; acoustique de la salle de restauration abominable. Réception souvent déserte pendant dix minutes chrono et à réactivité variable. Bref un hôtel de passage pour une nuit ou deux maxi.

The family suite is not as description at all. The two twin beds are two sofas. Then our room is changed to a much smaller room, with a Queen-bed a Double-bed a Twin-bed, which should be a King-bed two twin-bed.

Nuestra habitación aunque no muy grande pero está renovada, además el área de la piscina es amplia y bien cuidada Lo pero sin lugar a dudas es el personal de recepción y de los restaurantes ta to el llamado Marroquín como donde se desayuna Al llegar el recepcionista no fui nada cercano, se le veía a disgusto Fuimos a comer al restaurante el cual está en el edificio de los apartamentos y tras sentarnos y esperar 15 minutos me tuve que levantar a pedir la carta , tras esperar 15 minutos más nos preguntaron que queríamos beber y tras media hora más nos informaron que los cocineros no estaban y que tardarían como media hora más en empezar a cocinar En cuanto al desayuno , los 3 camareros estaban todo el rato hablando entre ellos , las mesas sucias , el buffet medio vacío y el encargado vestido con su ropa de calle con las manos en los bolsillos Si yo fuese el propietario del hotel quizás me replantearía hacer algunas cambios Pd Tanto en el baño como en el desayuno utilizan demasiados productos plásticos . Hotel poco friendly con el medio ambiente

We had two good quiet nights in this place. The building is quite modern and spacious, one marvels why there are so many faults in the interior such as poorly assembled tiles on the walls or gaps in the laminate on the floor. Nevertheless, rooms are clean, beds are good, service welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast and dinner buffet with a good variety of food which was tasty. Nice bar area with garden space. It‘s far away from the city centre!
