I really like the decoration style of the hotel, it has a feeling of Greek style. But the hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes, which has caused us inconvenience. In addition, the hygiene of the hotel needs to be improved. After staying at the hotel for two nights, we all experienced varying degrees of itching on our bodies.

Very nice hotel not too far from the port, just a short tram/bus journey. Nice staff who were welcoming and a very stylishly designed room. Only downside is the ridiculous security deposit (but i assume this does keep bad characters out).

did not refund me my deposit. for some reason they didn't refunded my deposit. speaking to them " they had an error on there system" and they said its there fault, trying to sort this out I kept calling to speak to the manger as the manger is the only one who can sort it out. after calling and calling the manger finally called me back to say he will send the money to a different card as they couldn't sent it back to the same card ( amex ). the manger called me at a time when I couldn't talk or had time to be given card numbers, so I asked him to call me back in a few hours, never heard from him again and never got my refund.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. The staff are very kind and considerate. The entire hotel was super clean and well decorated too.

Everything positive, very happy with the top services especially front desk Rania and Nora respective and polite, nice sea view, quite and comfortable, breakfast delicious croissant with tasty coffee, definitely will come back, Love to thank all staff and managements for keeping it up. Mercy beacoup.

Generally satisfied staying there

The hotel is not in the city center, it takes 10 stops by tram. The hotel is relatively new, similar to the pictures on the Internet, no false advertising. But it is really remote, there is not even a supermarket nearby. The hotel requires a deposit of 300 euros, only credit cards are accepted, no cash.

The location and hygiene are very good, and the front desk is also very enthusiastic and professional. The only problem is that the front desk made a mistake, causing other guests to swipe the room card to enter my room, and I was still in the room at that time, which was very embarrassing

Superb decoration! Spacious studio with large bed and welcome tray (coffee, tea, etc.) Swimming pool, sauna, hammam, fitness room. Tram in front of the hotel. Sea view...or view of highway and buildings :(

The first time I stayed at this hotel was because I was on vacation in Marseille with my friends. I was very satisfied with the hotel, so I stayed here again this time on a business trip because the soundproofing was very good and it was very quiet.

2nd time in this hotel, impeccable. Very good bedding, cleanliness, beautiful swimming pool and very good breakfast.

The newly renovated hardware is good. Disadvantage 1 Check-in is too slow. There is only one person at the front desk. It takes 10 minutes to check in a room. I queued from 3pm to almost 5pm. Disadvantage 2 The 300 euro deposit has not been refunded after 20 days. No one answered the phone call to the front desk.
