The hotel is relatively old, but overall it is clean and the guy at the front desk is funny. The elevator is broken and cannot be used, and the spiral staircase is fascinating

Cet hôtel est bien en dessous des standards habituels d’un Ibis Style pour le couchage et le petit déjeuner. Au nom de l’écologie plus de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre (le verre ça existe en petite bouteille) et le ménage n’est plus fait systématiquement pour un séjour de 2 nuits et plus (sans réduction sur le prix de la chambre). La chaîne fait des économies en se donnant bonne conscience….écologie punitive. Je suis très déçu de mon expérience Client.

Difficultés d’accès… quartier pas très rassurant .. Un accueil moyen…. Des équipements qui ne fonctionne pas ( ascenseur et carte pour la chambre et à l entrée . Un veilleur de nuit désagréable .. bref un rapport qualité prix pas du tout à la hauteur

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles. Points positifs : super emplacement, chambre spacieuse et personnel extrêmement serviable et accueillant. Mais : besoin d'une rénovation totale (moquette escalier très sale), équipements réduits au strict minimum : 3 cintres, rien pour poser les valises... Très spartiate

Hôtel bien placé sur la cannebiere. Personnel accueillant. Bon petit déjeuné varié. En revanche l’hôtel mériterait un bon coup de propre, les moquettes sont sales, mon matelas était couvert de miettes (chambre 505), l’eau de la douche ne s’évacue pas du tout et il n’y a pas de parois de douche donc ma salle de bain était inondée. J’étais au 5iem étage dns un autre building et l’ascenseur est très ancien (je suis restée bloquée 10 minutes). Allez-y si vous n’avez pas d’autre choix sinon passez vous tte chemin.

Rien à dire sur le personnel, la propreté des chambres, bon petit déjeuner , belle salle de bain. Hôtel très bien placé. Mais seule la déco est "style". Très décevant pour un 3 étoiles quant aux prestations : Chambre minuscule, aucune vue, fenêtre totalement occultée, pas de table de nuit ni de bureau ni de seche cheveux ni de minibar, ni de coffre, zéro porte serviettes dans la salle de bain, rien pour poser les valises et la moquette des couloirs a un besoin urgent d'être renouvelée vu le nombre de taches.

The hotel has a good cost, service, location, it is clean, a very good breakfast, super friendly staff, the Styles line is already a guarantee for me. The only problem that its excellent location means that you cannot enter a taxi or uber to the downtown area and you will have to walk at least two streets to get a taxi. I wish they had a safe box in the room.I would stay there again.
