Good quality bedding, beautiful view and location. The breakfast is very rich and there is nothing missing. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Public transportation is right in front of the hotel, so you can move around as much as you want. The only downside this year is the swimming pool, which really has many shortcomings. L’hôtel est bien, le brunch très sympa, mais le spa n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Le personnel n’y est pas agréable. On m’a offert un bon pour un massage et le spa. Il n’était valable que 3 mois, ce qui est rare. J’ai appelé avec quelques jours de retard. On m’a refusé la prestation. Du vol pour une prestation non assuré.

Moins bien que les fois précédentes.
Les tables du petit dej n’étaient pas nettoyées, plus de pain à 9h30.
Les agents accueil sympas sans plus.
Plus de conditionner dans la bouteille de douche.Pas de grande tasse pour le thé en chambre.
J’étais seule avec mon fils de 14 ans et 8 mois et on nous a refusé l’accès au spa, alors que c’est à partir de 15 ans sur le site . Surtout qu’il y avait seulement un couple à la piscine.

Brunch, service inexistant, ou presque, après avoir reçu un appel me demandant si je venais toujours à 12 hr pour ma réservation alors que j’avais décale elle ci la veille pour 14hr, erreur de transmission peu grave. Nous voici à table, le temps passe et personne ne vient nous voir pour savoir si éventuellement nous voulions boire qqs choses, j’interpelle un serveur qui finit par nous servir, hélas le plateau finit sur notre table…. Du temps passe le serveur revient sans couvert ni serviettes, et avec 2 cocas sur 3 considérant certainement que les 3/4 du coca restant dans la bouteille devrait nous suffire, il nous ramènes un dernier coca mais pas zéro comme à l’initial On a fini le repas solo en empilant les assiettes à table …. Irritants Positif les cocas nous furent offerts, et les entrées et les desserts de bonne qualité,

le site est exceptionnel Mais il n’y a Aucun Service . Du jamais vu.L’accueil Nul avec 2 gamines a peine formées, au restaurant des étudiants et une responsable arrogante , a la piscine une cata au bar une jeune femme débordée! Inacceptable !
