Good experience with this beautiful palace we wanted a bathtub and we just get a shower .. but otherwise it was a pretty good experience.

The InterContinental Marseille is undoubtedly the best luxury hotel in Marseille. Housed in a converted historical hospital, it offers a unique and charming ambiance. The breakfast served at the Terrace boasts breathtaking views and includes delicious freshly made waffles and refreshing orange juice. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the beds are luxuriously comfortable. However, upon our late arrival at 11pm, we were disappointed to find only cold sandwiches available for room service.

Stay here for one night. Not my first choice but still a nice one. Other hotels were all fully booked in this time.

The hotel is located on a hillside, with a particularly good location. You can see the Cathedral of Our Lady of Charity from afar. It is a 5-minute walk from the Old Port and there are many Mediterranean restaurants nearby. The facilities are very new, the hygiene is good, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast is very rich.

Very historic hotel with luxurious and beautiful architectural design and excellent service

The sanitation of the room is OK, but the service is not good. We arrived very late, there was no one to guide us, and we walked for a long time. The room number is in another area, and the gate is so high. In the dead of night, I feel a little like I can't go back. Each area of ​​this hotel is separated by high gates. The next morning I got up and wanted to go out. I don’t know how to open the door. No one in the hotel told me. I used to like to live in the Intercontinental. Now that I look at it, the InterContinental seems too old in every way. Also the bed is too high for Europeans.

Excellent location overlooking the port of Marseille. Just in time for the 7.14 French National Day, the fireworks show is right in front of the hotel. The quality of InterContinental is as good as ever, and the swimming pool is very popular. But one day I forgot to clean the room.

Breakfast was also very good, you can sit outdoors and there are many choices. I drove from Venice to Barcelona and stopped in Marseille. I felt that the prices were very affordable.

InterContinental's service is the same as before, but there is no such scenery near the hotel, the only thing is the terminal of the Marseille train. In addition, the room has a peculiar smell, so I gave it four stars.
