The location was perfect for us... Close to the beaches (walking distance) and close enough to the Vélodrome to walk too. Enough restaurants nearby also. Breakfasts were good and enough variety. Staff was very friendly. Hotel needs a bit of maintenance... Mostly paint. Would stay here again.

The hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. The facade is in poor condition which already means nothing good, not to mention the balcony. There is absolutely no light in the room, we were told that we are doing it wrong. So we did what we were told but the light still didn't work so the room was very dark in the evening, speaking with another hotel guest he had the same problem. We asked for a late C/O, the lady told us no, unfortunately we were full, but after 30 minutes we saw a gentleman come and ask for a room for the same evening and miraculously they still had rooms available. I asked for towels and they told me to come and collect them yourself in the evening (three-star service??) and no hair dryers in the rooms depending on availability. In short, really the only positive thing is the location but other than that it's really mediocre.

It’s a shame that the parking lot is not available for reservation because it is full when you arrive!

The hotel is in a great location, the only problem is to refresh the facade otherwise everything is great

Dilapidated building, apartment in its original state. Horrible soundproofing, we live with the neighbors. Free parking with only 4 spaces, obliged to pay 9€/day for 1 space, not even monitored. Positive point, large and comfortable bed.

Very well located aparthotel. Pleasant and well-equipped room. Bad surprise when arriving in the room: a sofa bed instead of a real bed. Comfortable night despite the squeaking springs. This should be specified when presenting the room for reservation. The exterior paintings of the balconies should be redone. The breakfast buffet is very good. Not tested the swimming pool which seems very pleasant. The staff is welcoming and polite. I will return to this establishment with pleasure but asking for a real bed.
