晚上入住事停車場入口關了，呼了很久才開的門。入住當天給的房型和系統的不一樣，空調不製冷。洗手間天花突然掉落…更換了房間後才和系統預定的房型一致。攜程客服也是在打太極。非常不好的入住體驗。

Ce Novotel a vraiment besoin d’un gros rafraîchissement au niveau des chambres .. vraiment plus dans le coup . Le restaurant est bon avec un bon rapport qualité prix Le petit déjeuner en chambre est minimaliste et très moyen. Le personnel est charmant et efficace

Séjour très agréable. Chambre agencées sont parfaites et spacieuses d’une extrême propreté. Literie excellente, coussins ergonomiques. Très bonne hygiène. Personnel bienveillant. Accueil chaleureux où règne la bonne humeur Personnel au top ,toujours désireux de vous accueillir et qui est à votre service 24/24 Le buffet petit déjeuner est remarquable. Hotel de la cadena Novotel y la verdad decepcionante, llegue por la tarde de un domingo y por un momento pensaba que estaba en Camerún o Angola, no había nadie dentro del hotel o en la inmediaciones de color blanco, y eso que no soy racista, lavabo antiguo y en mal estado, water en una estancia aparte pero dentro de la habitación, desprendía un olor a cloacas que no se podía soportar, sofá cama con las lamas de somier en mal estado, mini-bar vacío, muebles en mal estado y rotos, algo positivo, si, una tele grande y parking y para finalizar el pastel, me piden 100€ de garantía por si vamos a comer al bar o rompemos algo y ahora no me devuelven el dinero, hace 4 días que estoy esperando la devolución, menuda panda de ladrones, inútiles y incompetentes, totalmente decepcionante, es preferible dormir en el cotxe.

Accueil très sympathique à la réception, les gens qui travail au bar aussi. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très bien je vous le recommande même. La chambre étais bien et la femme de chambre est top rien à dire sur la propreté. Est désoler mais petit bémol la serveuse du restaurant boff et s’il vous plaît refaite vos croûtons ma dents a faillit y passer. Sinon dans l’ensemble c’était correct
