Accueil froid . Chambre non conforme au site , très très petite . Insecte style blatte dans la douche . Machine à café qui ne fonctionné pas . Le matin au reveil ... la femme de menage rentre sans frapper ni rien !!!! Oups pardon Seule point positif : l emplacement

Agradecer al personal su atención, pero a veces eso no es suficiente.
Llegamos a la habitación, después del check-in (pasadas las 15h), y la habitación estaba sin limpiar, incluso con bandejas de comida de los anteriores huespedes.
La hicieron rápidamente... no había jabón para las manos y, para colmo, según comentó el servicio, no se ponen toallas de manos. Por cierto, las toalla "grandes" finas como el papel de fumar.

Bonjour, Séjour en WE avec mon fils pour lui offrir un match au stade Vélodrome. A l'arrivée, il faut chercher le sourire de la réception.... Ensuite, ascenseur fonctionne par intermittence, une personne de la réception vient et m'explique que parfois il faut le réinitialiser. Ensuite, une fois dedans minuscule et sale à l'image du reste de l'hôtel... Dans le chambre, chauffage ne fonctionne pas, je le signale à la réception, elle monte et m'explique le lendemain qu'il marche alors que nous avons passé la veille une nuit plus que froide, pas d'oreiller ni de couverture d'appoint.. Tout est dégelasse dans cet hôtel, je suis client du groupe ACCOR et est l'occasion de séjourner dans différents hôtels du groupe ACCOR, c'est une honte de laisser un hôtel d'une telle image... Il y a une négligence complète de la direction de cette hôtel... Zone à moustique, impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres, génial pour l'aération en période de COVID... De la fenêtre superbe vue des tentes de migrants... Bref, direction, réception, rénovation, tout est à revoir dans cet Hôtel!!!

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, bed&pillow are comfy, the view is amazing and of course the staff are so humble and kind, especially Alicia who was so welcoming & helpful.. highly recommended!!!!

The hotel is located near the center and close to the port. The decor needs a facelift. However, the price remains correct. For one night it is enough. The breakfast is classic and similar to others of the same chain of hotels.
