Cold reception. Room not in accordance with the site, very very small. Cockroach style insect in the shower. Coffee machine that didn't work. In the morning when you wake up... the cleaning lady comes in without knocking or anything!!!! Oops sorry Only positive point: the location

Thank the staff for their attention, but sometimes that is not enough.
We arrived at the room after check-in (after 3pm), and the room was not cleaned, even with trays of food from the previous guests.
They did it quickly... there was no soap for the hands and, to make matters worse, according to the service, they don't provide hand towels. By the way, the "large" towels are thin like cigarette paper.

Hello, Weekend stay with my son to treat him to a match at the Vélodrome stadium. On arrival, you have to look for a smile from reception.... Then, elevator works intermittently, a person from reception comes and explains to me that sometimes it has to be reset. Then, once inside, tiny and dirty like the rest of the hotel... In the room, the heating doesn't work, I report it to reception, she goes up and explains to me the next day that it works so that we spent the night before a more than cold night, no pillow or extra blanket.. Everything is cold in this hotel, I am a customer of the ACCOR group and have the opportunity to stay in different hotels of the ACCOR group , it's a shame to leave a hotel with such an image... There is complete negligence on the part of the management of this hotel... Mosquito zone, impossible to open the windows, great for ventilation in COVID period... From the window superb view of the migrant tents... In short, management, reception, renovation, everything needs to be reviewed in this Hotel!!!

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, bed&pillow are comfy, the view is amazing and of course the staff are so humble and kind, especially Alicia who was so welcoming & helpful.. highly recommended!!!!
