The hotel was amazing, The staff on the other have us a whole different issue. I booked on line & the hotel representative was rude & demanded I pay him and a higher price than I even paid on line . He literally told me I had to show him a copy of my statement where I was charged for the room. He also asked for proof that I had paid for breakfast the next morning. #RUDE

The beds are extremely comfortable and soft. We always sleep so well when we stay here and wake up very refreshed. The staff was super friendly, always waving and smiling at at our toddler. They were also accommodating. We also love the amazing breakfast and that they are able to provide a highchair for our son.

The room was great, but to be honest the service of the staff was what made our stay exceptional. To a person they were all pleasant, helpful, and professional. Hilton is lucky to have employees like them. Special shoutout to Samuel who checked us in.

My Husband and I checked out March 17th and realized I had forgot my pillow in Rooom#439. I called the Hotel 2 Hours later. 3Days gone by i called a 2nd time, got put through Housekeeping and left a Message, still no call back until Thursday Afternoon. Found my Pillow and now I'm waiting for instructions to get it back. Doubletree Hilton Augusta Georgia is supposed to Email me FedEx instructions to retrieve my Pillow. Almost a week later and not resolved

The staff and hospitality provided can be described as welcoming, communicative, honest, great personalities, quick service. Rooms are very well put together, clean and spacious. Toiletries provided are quite fancy, none the less appreciated. Elevators are a little slow in movement, I assumed due to the many floor levels within, all in all, the stay for comfort and rest, recreations, breakfast and activity areas make this a great stop for any one travelling.

I think the rooms are overpriced. Rooms are old, white hospital lights, and paper thin walls. You can hear people walking, opening doors, and having conversations in the hallway. Bring ear plugs.
