The hotel is under Accor Hotel Group, Behind it is Quest hotel of the same group. Both are convenient for travellers flying in the early morning. I could see the aircrafts landing and taking off in front of window. Room is small but cozy. Bed is comfy and has an impressive bathroom. The front desk staff offered me a wake up call at 4.am for a shuttle bus leaving at 5am to international departure hall. Finally no call happened, I was dissatisfied with this. Fortunately I set one wake up call at 4:20am on my iPhone .

We took a night flight from Tasmania to the hotel and walked for about 15 minutes at T2. The hotel front desk is on the 7th floor and the customer service staff are very friendly. It takes 20 minutes from the hotel to the train station to reach the city.

Everything is good. Roomis clean. Location is near airport T2

Decent location. Reception was located at the top of the building which I found a bit strange. They gave me a key card that didn’t work but resolved the issue quickly and gave me a free drink voucher.

Room is small but suitable. Walk from domestic terminal to hotel is acceptable, from international must be shuttle bus or Uber! Simply breakfast with coffee and bread.

The place is convenient but needs a bit of a walk to Mascot station or Domestic Airport. No housekeeping came in after each night so that’s just something to note when you’re staying. Overall a great stay.

I like the place and the staff were generally helpful. We saw cockroaches. That’s the only down point. The view to watch planes taking off it’s really nice

The hotel room 307 is clean. But it doesn't have toothbrush and toothpaste. It doesn't have slippers. The room has a lot of natural lights.

Unable to use the booking as our flight was canceled from Perth. I contacted the hotel and was told there was nothing that they could do. The money can not be refunded or another night accommodation offered. Very sad.

Good location walkable to both the domestic terminal and walkable to Mascot station. Room well maintained and good size. Didn't get an airport view room so a bit let down.

Nice clean hotel in walking distance to the airport, free gym, expensive restaurant/bar. 15 minute walk to nearest shops and restaurants

The location of the hotel was amazing. Literally right next to the airport. The room was very comfortable and the size was okay. The reception is on the upper level, and they have an amazing lounge with a gorgeous view of the airport. You were able to see the airplanes taking off and landing. Very beautiful and overall had a good stay.

I am writing to express my disappointment. During my stay, I was charged late leave fees 40 dollars without any prior notification or clear information about such charges upon check-in. Being unexpectedly charged without being informed or forewarned has left me feeling dissatisfied with the overall experience. As a guest, I believe it's essential to be made aware of any potential additional fees, ensuring a fair and transparent transaction. In a nutshell, I would say this is the most terrible experience I’ve ever experienced. Customers shouldn’t pay for your mistake.

Close to Domestic T2/3 terminals 10-15 min walk, nice room, but night staff was very impolite.
