"The room was quite small and lacked amenities. I had to go to the laundry room to get a hairdryer. It's very close to Sydney's domestic airport, about a 15-minute walk. If you're heading to the international airport, you can walk to the domestic terminal first and then take the free shuttle bus. The 24-hour front desk was a plus, and it was great that no deposit was required for check-in."

"Arrived internationally, turned right out of the terminal, crossed the road, and it was indeed very close. We arrived at night and stayed one night before catching an early morning domestic flight the next day. It was a five-minute walk to the free shuttle bus stop, which was super convenient. Checked baggage for domestic departures was very slow; it took 45 minutes for the queue and security check. After security, there were plenty of food options."

"I chose to stay here because I had an early morning flight the next day. I arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and the staff said I could pay $50 for early check-in. I felt $50 was a bit steep for just two extra hours, so I declined. There's a large supermarket and a food court about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and the Thai food there was pretty good. The room was reasonably clean, but the facilities were old. The biggest issue was the lack of complimentary bottled water. A bottle of water that sells for $2 at the supermarket costs $5 in the room, which is really unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Also, you can walk to the hotel from T2 and T3 terminals in about 20 minutes, but it's further from T1 (international terminal), requiring a shuttle bus. The $12 per person fee is a bit expensive; if it were free, I think more people would choose to stay at this hotel."

"Stayed for one night after arriving late into Sydney domestic airport. The room was fairly small with basic amenities. Reasonably clean, but disappointed that the waste bin hadn't been emptied and we found a hearing aid alongside the bed!! This hotel was within 15 minutes walk from T2. Registration staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple choices, but of good quality. Maria, working in the breakfast area was extremely efficient in all respects of her work. Overall, it was adequate for one night, but won't stay there again."

"The soundproofing in the room wasn't great. I even moved the double bed closer to the window, away from the bathroom and hallway. You could still hear street noise from the single bed by the window. The air conditioning was a Mitsubishi unit and a bit noisy. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from Airport T2, mostly flat with one short, small incline. We walked to save money on the train and bus (the train is $15, and Mascot station would be a further walk back, plus our public transport card was out of money and we didn't want to top it up). There are eateries near the hotel, and a large supermarket with many Chinese restaurants within a 10-minute walk to Mascot Station. It's okay as a temporary stay. However, I woke up the next day with a terrible sneezing fit, so perhaps the cleanliness could be improved. The hotel's homepage photos accurately represent what you get."

"The location is very good, just 5 mins walk from arrival terminal. There are ample eateries and some necessities / mini-mart type shops and fast food nearby. The room was bare minimum, with a large toilet/shower and wash up area. This should be slightly smaller to give a little more room around 'bedroom'. Good for a 1 night stay, and the hotel area is locked from the terminal from 11 pm -3 am. Supposed for security, I was surprised to read this in the welcome letter. Most surprising was this hangar provided. Ha ha ha..... Photo attached."

"Was a particularly convenient location for me, 10 mins  walk to the airport and my office which was great. Then the bed was comfortable, ac a treat, shower hot. What else could I have needed 😊"

"Our stay here exceeded expectations. As a long-standing luxury hotel, it really has a wonderful ambiance. The hotel is in a prime downtown location, right next to Flinders Street Station, which makes it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and business trips. The room layout was well-designed, with excellent natural light, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom amenities were exquisite, showing great attention to detail. The staff were all gentle and professional; checking in and all other services were effortless. The breakfast quality was high, with a rich variety of options, and the freshly prepared dishes tasted great. My only minor regret is that the building is a bit older, so the soundproofing isn't the best, and some rooms have average views. Considering the location, service, and facilities, it offers excellent value for money among hotels of its caliber in Melbourne. It's perfect for travelers seeking a tranquil and high-end experience."

"The room is very spacious, perfect for a family of three. Although it's not in the city center, it's very close to the subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere. Downstairs is a residential compound with everything you could need, which is really handy."
