匿匿名顧客One metro station (Mascot) from domestic airport. This apartment is only 5 min-walk from the Mascot metro stn and the vicinity has many restaurants (mainly Eastern) and supermarkets or pharmacy. Very new cozy spacious and moden apartment with alp kinds of necessary amenities as one's home.
Actual payment has to be made at the reception although preauthorisation of my credit card had been made upon booking online. Extra fees for credit cards will be charged and cash is acceptable only to the limit AUD100. So at the end I paid hybrid to minimise the extra charges for credit card. I think this apartment should have prepared online prepayment to avoid the hassle.
We could hear all the noise of airplanes inside our room, but not much a problem for us since we oniy stayed one night and noise was much reduced after shutting the door and window.
Overall a very cozy stay.

KkhenStayed there just for a night as it was near the airport and I got an early flight the next day. Costs about 25aud to the international terminal. Room is basic and has 2 queen bed. Decent for a family of 4 for just. A night stay. Lots of eateries within a 5 mins walk and woolsworth.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious, have enough kitchen amenities which I can cook simple food. However, my room was facing the domestic airport, it’s a bit noisy at night. The location was close to airport, only 6-8 mins by uber, or $10 hotel shuttle bus to airport, very convenient. There was a thing which made a bit disappointed was the conditioner container in the toilet was not working, and the hotel staff couldn’t fix it .

SSHAOZHOUThe location is not bad, very close to the airport, but the road is built in front of the door, so it is still inconvenient. Hotel facilities, appliances are too old

GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located near the domestic airport. For international flights, you can take bus 350 to the domestic terminal, where a shuttle bus to T1 (Terminal 1) runs every 15 minutes.
The service was truly disappointing. During my eight-day stay, the room was only cleaned twice: once after I explicitly requested it, and the other time they merely collected the used bath towels without any further cleaning. The facial tissues ran out on the first day and were never replenished.
I definitely won't be staying at this Ibis again. I had higher expectations for the service, especially considering it's a global chain hotel.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Mantra because it's about a 15-min easy walk to T3 at the airport, and safe even at 5am (at least there happened to be other walkers with us, so we felt fine). The room was definitely sparse, no frills, but we got there at 9pm and were leaving at 5am. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and nice, but the bartender older woman with short hair was very unfriendly when we asked for our water bottle to be refilled. The front desk guy had indicated that was where water bottles were refilled, so maybe there was a miscommunication, but she refused and then fumed about it to other coworkers.
