Kkevinwang6055The room was spacious and comfortable, conveniently located near the airport and Mascot station. Breakfast started early, and there was a taxi button at the front desk to help with bookings. A taxi to T1 cost around 27 AUD.

OonlinelilyExcellent hotel! The rooms are quite spacious, and come with a fridge, kitchen, and stove, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is super conveniently located; just a few minutes' walk to the right is the train station, bus station, a large supermarket, and various restaurants. It's easy to get anywhere from here. It's also very close to the airport, accessible by taxi or train. The cheapest option is the bus, which also goes there. It's incredibly convenient!

GGuest UserStay here for my son 1st birthday, we got a birthday post card and it was really sweet.
The staff in reception is kind and welcoming, breakfast is absolutely amazing. Location is in Mascot near the airport which is a great deal for traveler.
The kids pool is awesome. I wonder if there any halal beverages in Plane Spotter, if any i would like to try in my next visit.

GGuest UserStayed for one night after arriving late into Sydney domestic airport.
The room was fairly small with basic amenities.
Reasonably clean, but disappointed that the waste bin hadn't been emptied and we found a hearing aid alongside the bed!!
This hotel was within 15 minutes walk from T2.
Registration staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was simple choices, but of good quality.
Maria, working in the breakfast area was extremely efficient in all respects of her work.
Overall, it was adequate for one night, but won't stay there again.

TTonglongOur stay here exceeded expectations. As a long-standing luxury hotel, it really has a wonderful ambiance. The hotel is in a prime downtown location, right next to Flinders Street Station, which makes it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and business trips. The room layout was well-designed, with excellent natural light, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom amenities were exquisite, showing great attention to detail.
The staff were all gentle and professional; checking in and all other services were effortless. The breakfast quality was high, with a rich variety of options, and the freshly prepared dishes tasted great. My only minor regret is that the building is a bit older, so the soundproofing isn't the best, and some rooms have average views. Considering the location, service, and facilities, it offers excellent value for money among hotels of its caliber in Melbourne. It's perfect for travelers seeking a tranquil and high-end experience.

GGuest UserThe room size was decent, but since it's near the airport, the soundproofing of the windows could definitely be improved. It's a reasonable distance to the city center, and there's plenty of public transport nearby. However, the hotel's airport shuttle bus only starts at 4:55 AM, so if you have an early flight, you'll need to take an Uber or taxi.
