We arrived late on a Sunday evening but we were promptly told to leave our bags at reception and go and have dinner before we checked in as the restaurant would be closing soon. Even though it was late there was a wide range of food available and this was the same throughout our weeks stay. I have to say it is the best all inclusive restaurant I have been in with plenty of choice and variety for even the fussiest of eaters. Our room was cleaned daily and very adequate for our needs At night the hotel was quiet apart from the odd time people came home late and talking in the corridors. The pool are was kept very clean with ample sun beds for everyone. We were there for a week and most days there were still rows of beds unoccupied. The pool bar had a wide selection of drinks on offer and also cocktails and entertainment was great. Again I think it’s the best evening entertainment I have experienced at a resort. The animation team go above and beyond to entertain and make friends with the guests making everyone feel very welcome. julio was incredibly funny when he was dancing around the pool. The hotel is a good 40 minute walk from the beach areas but the shuttle bus is free and it was €7 for a cab at night so not bad. However we didn’t feel the need to leave the complex much as it was so nice. All in all we had a fabulous time here and will definitely stay here again in the future.

We visited for a week in April 24 From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we was thoroughly entertained. There is so much to do at the hotel that you don't have to leave it if you don't want to. The restaurant always had a huge variety of food. The daytime entertainment around the pool and endless supply of drinks was unbelievable. The nightime entertainment well what can I say Julio was by far the life and sole of the hotel. He went above and beyond to keep everyone entertained. He is definitely a deal breaker in booking this hotel. He was very professional, polite,funny and very entertaining. He definitely knows how to enterain. Everybody was commenting on how he made there holiday. 5+ stars for Julio. The only reason I give 4 stars for this hotel is the air-conditioning units in the rooms are portable and really don't cool your room. Other than that this is a awesome hotel in a great location with great staff and facilities. We will be back

Voor het 2e jaar achtereen een mooie vakantie gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was prima, het eten heel goed, zwembad en animatie leuk. De shuttlebus naar het strand werkt prima. Kortom een heel goed hotel voor een mooie prijs. We kunnen dit hotel aan iedereen aanraden!

Une semaine avec 4 enfants, vraiment super! personnel en hotellerie, restauration, bar, accueil:souriant, agréable, gentillesse, intensionné!! Nous sommes impressionnés par la qualité du service en général! Buffet très varié et de qualité. Merci vacances au top!!

La experiencia del Daypass fue fenomenal. Un día tranquilo, ambiente familiar. Comida muy rica. Los animadores hicieron el día muy divertido y entretenido. El animador Julio organizó un partido de waterpolo. Muy recomendable, repetiremos.

Love this hotel .. fantastic welcome ..helpful friendly staff. Great food choice. We were told of the building being built next to the hotel but have not had any disruption Staff and animation team work hard to make it a fun holiday Fantastic atmosphere .. The bonus of main uk tv Chanel’s which we haven’t found in other more expensive hotels Pool with easy access of both ramp and steps
