"Great place to stay. Excellent and friendly, helpful staff. You can order from their restaurant to your bungalow at no extra cost. Also give you an extra towel for your lounger at no extra cost, which you can change when you prefer. Housekeeping attends at your request instead of on certain days which I think is great because then you know when ythey will arrive. Again you can get fresh towels when you think you need a change. The bungalows are very clean, with everything you might need if you want to cook. 2 sun loungers outside your door so even if sunloungers around the pool were full no need to worry, you can have a swim and go to your own lounger. I like that they have a sign to say you can't reserve sunloungers, so no one putting down towels at 6am. It's nice and quiet, it's adults only. You can catch the bus from the roundabout in either direction, not a long walk to main Maspolamas areas. But taxis park outside all day, or reception will call one for you. I'm just back from there, so I didn't go at peak time. Would highly recommend, everything is excellent there, and nice to hear staff laughing and happy during their work days. "We spent 11 nights at this hotel and it was wonderful. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are really friendly. Fabio, on reception booked us in and we could tell straight away that we were going to enjoy our stay. Our room was spacious and clean and our towels changed every day. The food was brilliant with plenty of choice and hot food was hot, not warm. Entertainment was great especially 3 guys called Revolution - fantastic. Vanessa did a great job with table service and was always really friendly. The pool area was well maintained with 2 pools, a jacuzzi and a pool bar. Best thing was you were given a ticket each on arrival to choose your sunbed and they were yours for your stay. There was a beautiful garden area with a gate leading to the beach. As well as the restaurant you could get freshly made pizzas, there's a coffee shop 'coffee club' and an alacarte restaurant. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday - we'll be back in the future."
