DDouglas JamesWe arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently.
Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch.

GGuest UserSuper good! Exceeding expectations! Going out is the sea, and the balcony of the room is also facing the sea. Some additional travel activities in the hotel are also very good. Going out to see whales, hiking activities, etc. are very nice! I hope I have a chance to come again in the future!

GGuest UserFirst of all, the place is very big, and different accommodation units are next to each other. We arrived in the early morning that night. If it weren't for the porter's guidance, I would have gone the wrong way.
There are several restaurants and swimming pools in the resort, and it is next to the beach. There is a bus terminal outside, which is very convenient to go out. Famous scenic spots and shopping centers are very close and can be easily reached on foot.
The sun on the island is very strong, so you must take protective measures.

GGuest UserThe facility and the room are very nice. The pool was freezing cold, the heated poll worked like that. The food & drinks need improvement. Sometimes less is more ;-) focusing more on quality would be recommended! We had a dispute about the booking and had to pay extra. However, we did nothing wrong and had to show our confirmation again and again. We found this very unpleasant. There were also difficulties returning the towels. We'll be surprised as to whether our €50 security fee will be charged to the credit card or not. Overall the stay was ok, but we wouldn't come back or recommend it to others.

NNancylovesyannThis is a four-star hotel, but it is really quite big with the five-star gap. First of all, it is all-inclusive. The orange juice seems to be orange juice powder. The food variety is less basic and there is no seafood. The pool is not big. Children run around and around. The service front desk was slow and the room was booked for a long time. I couldn't find the order number. I had to wait for a long time. The bathroom bath was also very small and very inconvenient. It is a few hundred yuan less than five stars, but the gap is still very large in all aspects, not very distinctive hotel

MMike RsExcellent laid back and friendly hotel with a wonderful pool and delicious breakfast. Location was 15 minutes walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very handy for airport transport on a good local bus service (line 66) room was spacious and comfortable. Good shower. Staff were obliging and kind. Will definitely return.

MMarcoOttimo soggiorno, grazie anche al personale attento ai nostri bisogni. Abbiamo avuto un problema con dei cuscini sporchi, ma la signora delle pulizia ha provveduto a sostituirceli.
Alcuni mobili sono usurati e si potrebbero migliorare alcuni dettagli, ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono.

AAlexeyАпарт-отель для непритязательных туристов. Даже в обновленных номерах мебель, сантехника и кухонная утварь уже много повидавшие на своем веку. Но не это важно. Номер при заселении был не убран, и в дальнейшем с уборкой были постоянные проблемы. Пару раз обращались на стойку регистрации, чтобы они приняли меры - без толку. Но расположенте, в целом, хорошее.
