Currently here now after being moved by TUI from an awful hotel. We have a pool view aparment of the quiter pool & its so pretty & picturesque. The rooms are lovely, spacious & well equipt. Cleaners are in every day. Reception staff are very friendly. The snack pool bar seems more then fine although average similar food daily. There is a chef there though that seems to have a bit of an attitude. The main restaurant buffet is ok! Not always the best dishes but always something for everyone. Entertainment is good for the children & the location isnt far from the beach. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you too & from free of charge. So far i would definately come back here. Just sad we werent here for our first week & were in a infested hotel.

It was the first time at this hotel and definitely the last would not recommend to anyone what we saved on all inclusive we spent on food for the kids outside because they didn’t want pizza or pasta every day also nothing for them to do no shops for shopping so cost us a fortune in taxis

we absolutely loved our stay. i was worried there wouldn’t be much for our older children (13,14 & 17) to do but the animation team are fantastic and cater to all ages. they were busy most of the time and we often joined in too. the food was great - plenty of choice and a different theme each night. one night we booked to eat our evening meal at the pool bar restaurant and it was amazing - i highly recommend it. we only found out about it by chance though! All the staff were amazing and so accommodating. They went out of their way to include everyone. special shout outs to Davide (animation team) and Luis (pool bar)! cleanliness was also excellent. our room was spotless everyday with fresh towels and sheets. Thank you so much for an amazing week x

Magnifique séjour au club avec des animateurs toujours souriants, disponibles, qui font de superbes spectacles ! Un buffet varié ! Logement parfait ! De belles visites à faire en voiture sur des belles routes !

We hadden voor 8 dagen geboekt in het resort. Het eten zowel 's morgens als 's middags en 's avonds was niets op aan te merken. De huisjes waren goed , kan wel een likje verf gebruiken , maar de bedden lagen goed ,goede douche. Alleen de animatie was alleen in het Frans en dus puur op de Franse toerist gericht en erg luidruchtig. We hebben een keer een picnicbox besteld voor tussen de middag , dus was vreselijk. 2 sneetjes brood zonder boter en een plakje kaas en een plakje ham. wat fruit, dit is het slechtste lunchpakket die we ooit hebben gehad. Doe hier wat aan!!!! Het is all inclusive ,dus een koude kip of een eitje erbij even wat voorstellen. Waarom niet zelf bij het ontbijt je eigen broodje klaar maken.

Très bon séjour passé avec des amis. Le club accuse un peu son âge mais il est parfaitement entretenu et tout est propre. Les buffets sont variés et un effort est fait le soir avec un thème différent. Les petits déjeuners sont un peu redondants, mais est-ce différent chez soi ? L'équipe Lookéa est au Top ! Même chose pour l'équipe du Tropical bar (mention spéciale pour Monica et les 2 barmans). Par contre, les toilettes dans la SdB dans les logements à 2 chambres demandent une bonne dose de tolérance et complicité si vous êtes avec des amis. Le all inclusive est différent selon les bars, assez limité et il y a souvent des ruptures. Et pour finir, Suzana et Margot devraient changer de métier : elles dénotent sérieusement avec l'amabilité de l'ensemble du reste du personnel !

Hôtel très bien entretenu , de très belles piscines , restaurant à hauteur de mes attentes . Le personnel super gentil. Hôtel propre et calme . Côté animation les animateurs lookea ont mis le feu pendant cette semaine ou j’y étais , une pêche d’enfer très souriant , au contact du client et à l’écoute 🙌🏻. Ainsi de très beaux spectacles le soir Enfin si vous hésitiez à aller , réfléchissez plus et foncé 😃🫶🏼 Côté pratique proche de l’aéroport et de la plage /dunes environ 15/20mn à pied

First impression was good the reception team Mitchell and Lisa where amazing nothing too much trouble., nice clean bright reception area, we where given a room but we decided to upgrade to a pool side bungalow , was well worth paying the extra, we where near the quiet pool, although not totally quiet with children, would be nice if they made a children's pool where they have the kiddies football area, and utilize that area better. The bungalow was clean and spacious, cleaned every day , air conditioning worked, nice patio area, there is a towel hire for beach towels so no need to pack one. Food was good , and varied, the sweets are basically the same every night. You can book al a carte one night a week , I personally wouldn't bother, they serve basically what's in the buffet restaurant, and it wasn't that good , I had ribs and they had no bones just gristle! There is always plenty of sunbeds, and you cannot reserve, unless your bum is sat on it . Entertainment is not great, they do try and you will be ok if your french!! They do the acts on the floor and not the stage so if you sit at the back you've no chance of seeing what's going on, we only stayed once or twice ,,would have been nice to have seen some of the animation team come round the quiet pool and ask if we wanted to join in anything but never saw them. The beach is about 20 mins walk away or there's a bus that takes you there for free a plus ... Town is small but lovely , taxis are about 5 euro if you miss the bus back. All in all a good clean friendly place to stay .
