The hotel is awarded 2 of 5 because of the fantastic position. The hotel itself is a little outdated but OK and I have no complaints. The problem is the service that is worse than awful. If you want to get your room cleaned, you have to kindly ask at reception for cleaning the next day (I am not joking). Breakfast: If you do not arrive to breakfast among the first you get leftovers. Lunch: You take dogy bag from breakfast if you arrived early enough to get something. Dinner: You can always get something, but do not be picky. At bar you can drink from 11.00 to 18.00, but you have to find someone to serve you since nobody is at the bar. In the whole hotel from morning to late evening I only counted 3 waiters for the whole week we were there. I do not know how many hours per day they work. The bar is then officially closed to 20.00. If you wish to sit in the bar area you should arrive at 19.00 because afterwards everything is full. To get drinks you have to wait in line in front of empty bar because drinks are not prepared at the bar but somewhere in the back. They take some orders and return from back somewhere after a while with the orders. They are ordered to take their time since they offer all-inclusive and do not want guests to drink too much. For conclusion I did not believe that such a terrible service could be found in Germany.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, Einrichtung war neuwertig, Dusche müßte etwas renoviert werden. Betten und Möbel sehr gut. Essen sehr schmackhaft und lecker. Personal immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Rezeption freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vom Haus.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Ortsteil Schnett, was zu Masserberg gehört. Von hier aus kann man gut mit dem Rad fahren, aber auch wandern , oder auch mit dem Auto einiges entdecken. Hier hat man Natur pur. Das Hotel ist viel schöner als man von der Außenansicht annimmt. Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Auch sind die Zimmer hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön, das Bad war nicht zu groß, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, mann konnte gut schlafen. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Früstücksbüffet ist vielfältig und jeder findet etwas. Es dauert nur etwas, bis wieder alles aufgefüllt wird. Das Abendessen gab es auch in Büffetform, es war sehr gut und auch hier ist für jeden was dabei. Lob an die Küche. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad und Sauna, dieses haben wir aber nicht genutzt.
