Je suis allé dans cet hôtel en Mai 2024. Nous avons remarqué plusieurs points négatifs. Au restaurant les serveurs ne proposent que le menu du jour et pas la carte car le menu est évidemment plus cher. Tous les autres clients se sont fait avoir ! De plus nous avons eu l’impression d’être moqués par les serveurs quand nous ne comprenions pas ce qu’ils disaient en anglais pour la simple et bonne raison qu’ils n’articulent pas. Mais en face à face ils vous tirent un grand sourire et dans votre dos ils rigolent, vraiment pas professionnel !! Au déjeuner nous avions demandé des pancakes et ils ont apporté tout sauf ce que nous avions demandé. Une fois rentré à la chambre, un serveur est venu frapper à la chambre pour nous dire que nous n’avions pas mangé nos pancakes, cela faisait 25-30 minutes que nous avions commandé ! La propreté des chambres est à revoir, surtout les murs et la salle de bain. Par exemple je n’ai pas osé prendre un bain au vu de la couleur de la baignoire. Cependant les lits sont confortables et l’endroit est calme. Parfois un peu trop calme car aucune animation n’est proposée, si vous avez du temps libre je vous conseille de ne pas rester à cet hôtel sauf si vous aimez l’ennui.

Mooi gesitueerd ruim opgezet hotel nabij Lions Rock. Goede faciliteiten inclusief 2 zwembaden. Restaurant is ook van prima niveau met veel diversiteit van heerlijk eten. Kamers zijn ruim en uitstekend te koelen met ventilatoren en airconditioning. Tot slot, het personeel verdient hier een grote pluim. Attent, en zeer vriendelijk en respectvol. Dank aan Mahesh en Lalantha (en natuurlijk alle collega’s).

It was a nice stay in a nice environment with lots of beautiful small animals in the premisis like squirrels and birds. Rooms were good and clean, but not perfectly maintained. Friendly personel. Special thanks to Lalanthe, the waiter, he made sure we got everything we needed.

unsere erste Unterkunft war anstelle eines Bungalows ein übel riechendes Zimmer im Erdgeschoß. Nach langen und schwierigen Verhandlungen erhielten wir dann die Hälfte eines Bungalows. Auch dies war mittelprächtigt und nur o. k. Am zweiten Tag roch es in dem Zimmer unerträglich, weil außen Fassaden gereinigt wurden und das stinkende Wasser ins offene Badezimmer lief. Das Abendessen war bescheiden und im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auf der Reise schlecht. Der Pool ist o. k., aber Liegen usw. defekt und abgewohnt. Das Hotel hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich.

We had an outstanding experience at this serene and beautiful location. The staff welcoming and delightful. Lalantha was always helpful during breakfast and dinner service. The Sri Lankan food on offer was plentiful and delicious and the staff were always very willing to help us. Thank you for a delightful stay.

The hotel is set amid beautiful grounds with peacocks on site. Each room is an individual 'cabin' and umbrellas are available in all the rooms should it rain while getting to breakfast/supper. There are two pools and ample seating around the pool, with shaded areas. Food was good.

Central location to visit all historic, cultural and wild life parks within the cultural triangle. Incredible service with friendly staff. Always trying to please guests to their specific needs. Rooms are clean, spacious and equipped with all amenities to make your stay comfortable. Give this place a shot. They will surprise you with their service and you will be surprised with the value you get.

Lovely hotel in great location for exploring this area. We stayed half board and the food was really good at breakfast and dinner. We used the pool a couple of days out of the 3 we stayed, ot was clean and the water was warm. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We were looked after brilliantly by the staff and in particularly Lalantha who was fantastic

Had the most amazing stay at this hotel...the bungalows are basic but set in beautiful tropic forest, lots of wildlife to see and a perfect base for local site seeing. The staff were friends and made our stay easy...lalantha was a star, each night in the restaurant he remembered our daily activities and talked to us about them...would love to return
