Hunas Falls Hotel

One of the best places to relax with excellent services . A lake near there and beautiful fall also . You can eat breakfast near the lake by birds singing . Very delicious meals and good service. You can go to fall before breakfast and enjoy your meal.

This is the best place to relax during your busy life schedule.Stay was superb. Breath Taking View ,Beautiful Garden,Comfy Spacious rooms, Nice Food. I really love traveling to remote places with amazing view during holidays. It helps to get away from everything and relax. Hunas Falls hotel, SL is indeed a place where time stands still. Anywhere in this property is a photo location. It’s hard to capture the beauty through photos and videos. Visit if you haven’t visited before. Lake view restaurant, upper hunas falls limited to hotel residents, library with lake view, game room, kids room, golf course etc. You can enjoy the nature as this property is surrounded by mountains, trees, flowers, lake, waterfalls etc. We stayed in Hylander suite. Extremely Disappointed with Service and Customer Handling I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with Hunas Falls Hotel, that I feel compelled to share. After seeing a Facebook post on their official page advertising a full board double room for the price of 38500, I called to inquire about booking. However, to my dismay, I was informed by Mr. Janaka that the actual price was 46000, which is significantly higher than advertised. Mr. Janaka was dismissive and unprofessional in his response. To make matters worse, Mr. Janaka's tone was rude and he even resorted to threatening language before abruptly hanging up the call. I was shocked by his behavior and appalled by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by a member of the hotel staff. Additionally, upon revisiting their Facebook page, I noticed that they had hastily removed the post advertising the lower price, further adding to my frustration. Furthermore, when I attempted to address my concerns with the hotel, I was met with further disappoin**ent as I was informed that there was no formal process in place to lodge complaints. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one in the hospitality industry. I cannot recommend Hunas Falls Hotel to anyone based on my experience. The handling of customers, particularly by Mr. Janaka, was awful, and it is imperative that the higher management takes swift action to rectify these issues and uphold the standards expected of a reputable hotel. Until then, I advise potential guests to steer clear of this establishment.

We spend two nigths in the japanese suite, and can only say nice things about a wonderfull stay. From the moment we arrived untill we left the hotel staff provided exceptional service, and did everything to make us feel good. Especially the manager (Azku) did an exceptional job in helping us and informing us. Sourroundings and scenery is spectacular, food is very good. Do not hesitate to choose this hotel, it is a wonderfull experience. We hope to come back one day.

All I can say is that from the point of arrival and during the stay the service the food is impeccable and seamless. Nothing is impossible. We just ask and it is delivered.. Thank you to the great Team which is led by Haleem who has instilled creating experience is the key for all guest..
