The room was a bit unsatisfactory, the air conditioner was a bit noisy, and there were traces of water soaking from the air conditioner on the wall. But the hotel environment is good, the greenery is great, the swimming pool is large, and there are many animals in the hotel. I took my child to play in the hotel all morning, and she was very happy to see the animals.

Beautiful hotel with a view of Lion Rock. If you don’t like the smell of wood, it is recommended to live in an ordinary small flat-floor house. It is recommended to live on the second floor, which is quieter and free of mosquitoes.

We really enjoyed this establishment and were able to enjoy our last moments in Sri Lanka until the end thanks to a late check-out :)
All the staff are attentive, accommodating and efficient!
The buffet is varied and suitable for several types of palates.
The rooms are large, clean and well equipped.
The BIG plus of this hotel is the magnificent swimming pool which is at an ideal temperature!

The resort is a located in a very peaceful area with a beautiful landscape. From the lobby there is nice view of Sigiriya rock. We were stayed in the wooden chalet and it was super comfy, clean and cozy. The staff members are really attentive and friendly. Everyone is always ready to assist with a big smile. We were greeted by Mr. Kasun, General Manager and he made sure that we had a comfortable stay. I must also mention that Mr. Chirath, Front office manger is super friendly and he made sure that we got everything that we needed. I also thank Ms.Alisha and Ms. Pabalu at the reception, Mr.Anuja from Houskeeping and the restaurant captain for their warm hospitality. We had also a nice experience at the pottery trying to make pots and Mr. Jayathunga taught us how to make pots. It was an unforgettable experience for us. We also went to Ayurveda for a trea**ent . It was a really relaxing experience. The Ayurveda center is clean and the ambience is so relaxing Mr. Chandana and Ms. Rashka have done the trea**ent very professionally. They have also a variety of delicious food. Restaurant staff members were really attentive and assisted with our requests. Overall we had a wonderful time there and would definitely come back

Brilliant experience , amazing pool with a Sigiriya rock view. Friendly and lovely staff which were really helpful. Food was delicious and fabulous view of sigiriya rock on the background. Rooms are very clean & all around green. If you are thinking for staying a place at sigiriya, I think Aliya is the best place for you.❤️❤️❤

Relaxing holiday amidst green wilderness facing the Sigirya rock was a breath taking view. Very courteous staff most obliging at any given time. Closer to wild parks in close proximity make this an ideal location for a family holiday one was spend

The overall service was so good. We booked a chalet and a deluxe room for my family. The chalet gave us another vibe and the experience was amazing. The food was delicious and the staff were very active and supply everything we need. The staff were always with beautiful smile and their hospitality was amazing. Highly recommend for tourists and locals. If you are looking for staying a place at sigiriya, Aliya is the best so far. Cons: The buffet spread was limited. I booked the hotel in off season. I don’t know the buffet spread in season. Overall service is amazing and staff were very supportive. Highly recommend ❤️
