We stayed a night here for our visit to Matsuyama. It is about 5 minutes walk from the Dogo Onsen station and the famous Dogo Onsen Honkan. The hotel provide a cheaper rate if you are visiting the Dogo Onsen Honkan and another onsen (I can't remember which). They have 3 types of free-flow mikan juice, and many different types of towels to choose from to bring along for your onsen. They also provide shower amenities (as you have to pay for them at the Dogo Onsen Honkan), yukata, socks and geta, to complete the onsen experience. The room is smallish, as they compartmentalize the room into different smaller sections. There were 2 strands of hair on my bed and some brownish stains on the sheets, although that didn't bother me too much as the rest of the room is relatively clean.

We stayed for 2 nights in Standard Twin. It was a parking view, but it was very clean, including the bathroom, although it was not large, and the USB port on the bedside was convenient for charging the smartphone. Also, the amenities dripping coffee and empty refrigerator were good. The room had slippers and snow dags, and I liked the beach sandals, and I was comfortable with snow dags that were not resistant to walking outside. The public bath on the top floor was healed with a clean open-air bath with a good view. I went to 6:00 for two days from 6:00 in the morning, but I think it was good to open a little earlier because it was quite crowded. Breakfast was the same for two days, but there were so many original options that I never got tired. Uwajima slices, tofu and French toast were especially delicious and I ate too much every morning. Access from the city is good and if you have the opportunity to stay at Dogo Onsen, I would like to choose it next time.

The baths are small on the 10th floor with an observation bath and a rooftop open-air bath, but there is no problem. The person who checked us out at the end was also polite and wonderful.

There are two types of baths, a large public bath and an open-air bath, both of which are comfortable. The orange juice from the tap after the shower is delicious. Dogo Onsen is the first time this time, but I chose this inn based on the location advantage and reputation, as a result, it became a very good stay. The good points are described below. It is just next to the soyu and shopping street. Even if it rains, you can go without getting wet. We were able to prepare a corner room on the top floor of the cherry blossoms. It was spacious and clean and comfortable. (There was also an air cleaner.) It was also a good memory to overlook the Dogo Onsen soyu from the top (although it was under construction). The meal was delicious in both evening breakfast. Especially the dinner burning ”shochu no sake tailoring” was exquisite. The daughter of the accompanying person who doesn't like sake cherry blossoms was also a compliment to the good condition. I want to go next time for this. Of course the amount was sufficient. The dinner hall was very nice in the place where the Noh stage was seen with a bonfire. The cherry blossom bath feels good because it draws the same hot water as the total hot water. It was comfortable with a large rock bath. The sake bar and the sweets bar on the bath were good. I felt that the employees were always careful.
