Used for relatives' legal affairs with 3 family members. I booked a Japanese-style room because the price was relatively cheap, but the size of the room and the content of the breakfast were good for the price. Especially, it was not a unit bath that is common in business hotels, but the toilet and bath were separate 々, and the bath was quite good because it felt wider than the bath at home. The location was relatively close to the city center, so it was convenient. When I returned home, I thought I would be able to use it next time.

This time I visited Matsuyama on a solo trip and stayed at Tokyu REI, who was taken care of in Okinawa. Matsuyama Castle and the shopping street on the Okaido are also nearby, so it is in a very good location. I was very happy to respond comfortably when I made a request for the room at the time of booking. Thanks to that, I was looking forward to check-in and was actually impressed with the room as requested. It was my first trip to Shikoku and I went to Matsuyama.
But the accommodation is very comfortable, especially the service from the staff.
It was very good.
There is also a hot spring on the 13th floor, which was nice because it had an open-air bath and the water was very clean.
I was very impressed when they gave me yogurt or ice cream at the end.
Laundry is free, drying is paid, and there is also a massage machine.
Personally, I went to the hot springs at the Dogo Onsen annex with a coupon.
I really liked the hot springs at the Dormy Inn.
It takes about 5-6 minutes on foot from the airport bus stop, and nearby Don Quijote, shopping, and izakaya are within a 10-minute walk.
It can be solved.
If I come to Matsuyama again, I would like to stay again.

Anyway, it is a convenient location. It is saved because transportation is in front of you wherever you go. Especially, the limousine bus to the airport departs from the front of you, so it is good to have your luggage at the hotel until the last minute and act. The hotel is beautiful and there is a large communal bath so you can get rid of your tiredness. Breakfast is also delicious, and I especially like licking every time I go. The service of the front desk also listened to this hope. I thought it was a service that didn't overdo it and the lessons from the corona disaster were alive. It's a large inn and the prices are reasonable, so I think it's whether you can enjoy the standard specifications rather than customization. For example, the person who served us dinner was probably a young man working part-time as a student, but it was refreshing, and we could see that he had put some effort into making a large amount of food at once. I was told that room cleaning would start around 9:30 when I checked in, but it started earlier than that. It was amazing to see so many staff cleaning at once. As mentioned above, as mentioned in some reviews, perfect hospitality is not provided, but I got the impression that individual staff members were making various efforts based on the manual, just like at a large theme park. . Overall, this is a ryokan that you can fully enjoy.

The room type was left to you and the double of the annex (the view is not good). The room is small, but it is functional and amenities are substantial. The bathroom is small in the unit and is troubled by the place where private goods are placed.
The location is great, you can see Matsuyama Jo castle only on foot, and the airport bus, route bus, tram station are also in front of you, and access to each place is excellent. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around, and large shopping streets and department stores are also very close.
There is only an ANA group and the staff is very good.
