The bedding is very comfortable and the room design is also good, but the area is a bit small, and there is no place to put the big suitcase.
The glass bottom snorkeling is very convenient, and you can get on the boat directly after walking for 2 minutes🚢
The staff is very friendly. I picked up a piece of wood at the beach and wanted to take it back home. The box couldn’t fit it. The hotel staff brought a saw to help me cut it to the length I specified. Very nice!

Very cute and vibrant place to stay. It’s newly opened and as of now only owners/partners and are managing it. Warm hospitality and well designed rooms.
Breakfast is served complimentary but hardly any options for vegetarians. Roof top has a bar area but closes by 2100 hrs. If these are improved it will add on to periphery value.

Located 5 km from the airport, the hotel with around ten rooms with a roof-top with a superb view of the lagoon is new (December 2023). It is decorated with great taste. The location is very good for evening arrivals and morning departures. It also allows you to visit Mahébourg and its surroundings as well as to enjoy Blue Bay and its magnificent lagoon. The hotel is on the plane take-off route but there is little traffic so it is not a problem. The noise lasts about fifteen seconds. The last flight is at 11 p.m. Ideal for a 2-night stay at the beginning or end of the stay depending on flight schedules.

We found and booked our stay at Le Clos des Bains very last minute after staying in Mauritius during Cyclone Belal, and wanted to extend our stay. This was such a great find! The staff are so attentive and helpful. The rooms are really well fitted and lots of little details thought of. Its so clise to walk down to Blue Bay too which is lovely to swim in and you may even see a turtle there! Absolutely would stay again.
