The resort was first class throughout. From the housekeeping team, the reception team and all the serving staff in the restaurants and bars, everyone provided us with excellent care and helped us enjoy our stay. The location and facilities were exactly what we could wish for. My Wife's Gluten Free allergies were not a problem for the serving staff who were always very attentive. The bars were always lively and bright and friendly places to relax in. The beach location was exactly as we hoped and our room was sea facing and very quiet and spacious. We will be recommending a stay here to our family and friends and will look to return in the near future,

A disappointing return from a previously great all round experience in 2018. Service levels and staff attitude on many occasions left a lot to be desired and fell very short of expectations from this establishment and the cost of our “holiday”. On many occasions we raised complaints and we got to realise that the facilities were understaffed and that there was probably a level of despondence and lack of motivation for staff who were generally overworked and under trained. We must add that we were very happy with the lady namely Marie-Ann who serviced our room who also seemed to be under pressure because of service staff issues but was warm cheerful and diligent at all times. Regarding the facilities we love the hotel and its general facilities and would consider returning on another holiday BUT Only if the reviews show a reversion to what one would expect to be our experience.

We love staying at Heritage Telfair. You are sure that amazing people will take good care of you. Room’s are beautiful, spacious and perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable. At Heritage Telfair you can enjoy so many activities from tennis to water sports to nature trails. Loads of relaxing time too, the environment is stunning and peaceful.

As soon as we put our foot in this wonderful resort, we were welcomed with the warm smile of Arnav and Mrs France. Arnav and Noor have been very helpful during our stay. The swimming pool is simply the best and regarding activities at the hotel we were spoiled by the staff who were so nice. We also had the opportunity to visit Le Chateau which I would recommend to everyone. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountain, the river, ponds. We will surely come back. A big big thanks to all personnel of the resort.
