Nice location and good activities
Service and room are so so
They do some renovation so we have people sit in front of our door all the time. Shouldn’t sell the room that not completely done

There were many team members, who provided outstanding services. Shaima from PR who did our check in and always smiling. Giandev from porter who always ready to bring us to our rooms which was very far from the main area. Ashley our assigned housekeeping was providing an excellent service in our room. Rajiv from Ponte Vecchio who was taking very good care and special attention during our dinner time. Yogesh was excellent even the restaurant was full he made it. Thanks to Chef Avinash and team as the food was delicious. Thanks to Nandinee from Blue bay bar. A special thanks goes to Dassoo and team from Le Sirius restaurant who plan our restaurant booking and make it easy to us.

Accueil et services au top. Personnel bilingue au petit soin que se soit à l accueil au restaurant ou tous les autres services . Les restaurants adaptent très vite au végétarien et aux allergies et à la moindre demande quelques que se soit. Je recommande

Incroyable, on nous l’a recommandé et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Tout y est : le confort, le calme, la sérénité, la gentillesse du personnel. Mercii à Isabel pour son accueil et ses précieux conseils et à Nitesh, pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions. Les restaurants sont excellents, nous nous sommes régalés sans oublier le centre nautique, le magasin, le spa, les services de plages et piscines.. Et quel beau spot pour le snorkeling ! C’est splendide, bravo à toute l’équipe ! Mélanie et Greg

Hotel Ammenities excellent. Special Thanks to Ashvin from the boathouse for his kindness and excellent service. He was very caring, giving important advise prior to doing sea activities. Other Boathouse team members are doing great job and were very cordial and helpful.

C'était le week-end d'avril samedi le 20.... Check in 14hr 30.. Pa vraiment un bon accueil en arrivant, peut-être qu'ils étaient busy car il y avait beaucoup d'arrivée.. Très jolie la réception et le déco.. On était en famille 20 personne environ... Après les formalités on savait pas où partir pour aller dans notre chambre.. Finalement dans notre chambre, c'était pas terrible la déco mais super vue.. Les House keeping font une superbe travail, très gentille, très amicale, les propre leur jobs.. Bravo à eux surtou Eliche j crois et son ami le soire.. Restaurant 6 sur 10..pas terrible les buffet.. Breakfast normal.. Le blue bay bar c'est un 10 sur 10.. L'accueil, gentil, attentionné, passionné surtout Monsieur Vanessen Goorapah pour son superbe service.. C'était top.. Superbe soirée.. Buggy service c'est 0 sur 10, on c'est demande si vraiment il y a un service pour le buggy 🤔🤔 Mais apart sa superbe week-end de détente et relaxation en famille.. En total 7sur 10...Bravo..

Hello, Our family recently stayed at this hotel and it has been a super cool holiday. The plus: - very friendly staff always there to assist you. They deserved to be much valorised for the fantastic work everyone is doing at this resort. - despite the booking for glass bottom boat was fully reserved, the gentleman managed to find a place for us. - super large variety of buffet and large dining area. - house cleaning done regularly. We love it. Room bed was very nice too though the room was just enough to fit two adults and two kids. - despite our room was far from main area, we usually got coach to drop us at our room. - friendly staff at kids club - not too overcrowded hotel - clean swimming pool The only small minus: - Flies during breakfast. (We have local pest and control companies that can remedy to this issue.) Without hesitation we fully recommend this resort to tourists both speaking english or french. The warm hospitality of the mauritian people is not found in any other contries worldwide. BRgds, Narrainen family

C est un hôtel à faire ! Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits pour l anniversaire de notre fils. La chambre avec vue sur mer et sa terrasse est très jolie. Les buffets sont bons et variés. Les activités que propose l’hôtel sont nombreuses nous avons pu faire du pédalo, ski nautique, bateau à fond de verre paddle….les soirées sont animées et dansantes. Ce qui est très appréciable aussi c est que partout dans l hôtel vous pouvez trouver des points d eau où vous pouvez remplir votre bouteille d’eau. Et notre coup de cœur a été pour la plage qui est tout simplement magnifique.
