I enjoy staying 10 days in Cocotier Hotel. Very nice hotel, the view, the pool, the food, and the people there. The hotel price is affordable and they also have music at night.

The best hotel in Mauritius the service the food and not only that but also the feeling of being secure by a good security service in the hotel if I have to type everything there is not enough space here thanks to the staff big kiss from QUEBEC hope to see you guys next time

We checked in with disappointment and complaints about the room and the hotel in overall. The pictures on the Internet are very deceiving compared to what you actually see when you go there. This place badly need renovation and it needs to be closed down. Once, the place have the makeover then it should reopen. I got a room which was not convenient at all for my baby especially as we live in a very clean and beautiful house. It was extremely disappointing to pay for such mediocrity. I made sure that Eclesia knew how disappointed we were and I requested to pay for a seaview room and she tried to arranged for that. We saw the room but we were still not happy and I was thinking to cancel my stay. However, Eclesia felt my concern and shared it with The Manager Kris who then upgraded us to a better room at no cost. The view at the hotel is mesmerising both sunset and sunrise. The food at the restaurant is very limited in variety but it was very very tasty. Hats off to the Chef. The ladies at the restaurant was very nice to us and Kris cane to us several times during our stay we make sure we were okay.

Ayant réservé au dernier moment, nous avons pris cet hotel car disponible. Le Check in etait prévu pour 14 heures mais en arrivant on nous a obligés à attendre 15h00 faute de personnels. Aucun cocktail de bienvenue. La chambre etait correcte avec vue mer sauf la salle de bains tres dégradée. photos jointe. Le soir le repas bufet a été correct et a partir de 20h00 une ambiance musicale Dj etait en place. Etant le soir du réveillon de Noël, tout les clients on commencé à danser, lambiance etait joyeuse mais A 22h00 la musique a été coupée sur consigne du nouveau directeur. Les clients etaient stupéfaits et mécontents. Je precise que la plupart des personnels de l'hôtel sont charmants comme Criss ou Marie mais le directeur n'a fait aucun cas des clients ni ne leur a même souhaité un bon Noël. Le lendemain matin de nombreux clients se sont plains au directeur dont moi même. Celui-ci tres désagréable n'en avait cure et il a même avancé qu'il n'étai as plus motivé et quil attendait juste sa retraite prochaine. Donc hotel à éviter si vous souhaitez une ambiance lors des reveillons et surtout si vous etes Français metro ou reunnionnais. Il fait apparement beaucoup plus d'évènements privés en semaine pour rentabiliser et en plus au detriment des clients de l'Hotel. Donc hotel 2 etoiles correct mais mal administré et les sites reserveurs doivent influer ver la direction generale des cocotiers pour retablir un management et respect plus conventionnels des clients. Que dire du cocotier hotel PERSONEL FORMIDABLE endroit bien pour passer de bonne vacance je recomande cette hotel gros coup de coeur le DJ nous a bien fait danser moi et ma compagne au top niveau merci pour tout vous etes Magnifique et gros big pour pour tousse et sans oublier le chef de securité personne formidable a une prochaine fois on reviendra avec plaisir😍😍😍😍😍😍

Good service with friendly staffs specially Miss Sarah,Krish and Farheen. For the price we pay, its value for money. Food during lunch best. Main activity is Heated pool.sea activities available but we didnt try.Parking available on the go if you check in amongst first. Room ok with complete privacy,wifi and clean bathrooms and ac.We would recommend for people who are looking to relax and disconnect for a while. Will go for sure for a 3rd time.

Very good experience Wondeful stay Dj was very good Mrs Sarah very awesome and very professional Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Wonderful stay at cocotier hotel. We were welcomed by Sarah and the team. They were very friendly and helpful! There was great music on saturday night and the DJ rocked! All in all, Cocotier hotel is a great place for a very good price!! Definitely recommended!
