We recently stayed at Marguery Villas and found the experience to be a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, the villas were spacious and located in a nice gated community. All amenities were provided, including a welcome drink. The gazebo outside was perfect for lounging during the day. However, there were some notable downsides. The villas suffered from a crucial lack of parking, and the behavior of the security at the gate was unpleasant and rude. The bedrooms were mostly twins, which was inconvenient for couples. The villas also looked a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Additionally, the pool was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant stay, thanks to Olivier, who was great and very helpful. Overall, while the villas have potential, a few improvements could enhance the experience for future guests.

The location was great for touring the Black River area. Beach and hotel restaurant nearby. Villa was beautiful, especially the outside area. Only negative - Only the bedrooms have aircon whereas the information upfront said all rooms. That was a bit of a problem in that heat. We didn't want to leave the doors open due to dengue fever mosquitos. The concierge staff were very helpful. and breakfast brought to the villa each day was fantastic.

I'll try to keep this fairly short as personally some reviews are too long winded so - From the moment we arrived the management were very welcoming and efficient with them setting up a whats up chat so you could communicate very quickly if there was a problem and it worked very well. indeed all the staff were very helpful with a smile every time with special mention to our cleaner. Important thing was the villa absolutely superb we had a one bed one with private pool and it's huge with everything you need including dishwasher and washing machine. Air con in bedroom and two large fans in the lounge/dining area and great outdoor seating and sun loungers. Lots of shops and restaurants with London Way supermarket all being within walking distance. We hired a car out for the 11 days we were there which suited us as we went around the island visiting lots of places of interest and some lovely beaches within 30 minutes driving from Black River,Le Morne public beach is lovely. The whole complex is very tastefully done and maintained to an excellent standard. Please if you need any more information just message me and i'll try and help you. 10/10 Roger and Mary-Anne

Les villas sont magnifiques, immenses, propres, bien équipées, la piscine et le patio sont extraordinaires ! La disposition de la villa et de ses extérieurs est très bien pensée, on se sent bien et tout est à portée de vue, ce qui est génial car c'est très beau. Le service de la conciergerie est parfait ! tout le personnel est au petit soin, toujours avec le sourire, et la cuisine est fameuse !

Villa avec piscine très bien située, près des commerces et restaurants pour ceux qui veulent se mêler à la vie des mauriciens. Transport à proximité et une équipe du jardinier au concierge qui feront tout pour vous rendre un séjour agréable. Adresse à concever précieusement.

We have spent 2 nights at the villa, and it was an amazing experience for us. We were able to celebrate my cousin's birthday in a moment; the atmosphere was amazing, the facility was more than we expected, and Olivier was really kind and helpful, beyond our expectation as always. It's definitely a villa that we will visit again not first and for sure not last.
