A very special place!!! You can take kayak to go to the waterfall and you will see a lot of monkeys there . The owners and all the staff there are very friendly and helpful. Hope to see you again!!!

Top verblijf! Uiterst propere kamers, een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt (pannekoeken, omelet, brood, diverse fruitjes, beignez, mauritiaanse kruidenbolletjes, worstjes, koffie, thee,...) Avondeten is mogelijk te verkrijgen, locale keuken en zeer lekker! Vriendelijk personeel! Gratis kajaks te verkrijgen om naar de waterval te peddelen.

Hôtel paradisiaque, au bord de la rivière, proche de l aéroport, qui offre une vue somptueuse pour les chambres à l étage sur la cime des arbres où le ciel et l océan se confondent dans un bleu azur. Depuis la rivière, partez en excursion en bateau. Dans la même journée, vous admirerez les cascades, la flore et la faune de la rivière et l océan avec ses îles, ses oiseaux, ses tortues et ses dauphins. Une expérience surnaturelle! Et pour les amoureux de la montagne, celle-ci, toute proche, vous offrira des panoramas à couper le souffle. Quant au propriétaire du lieu, Jean-Claude, un être hors du commun, d une sagesse et d une bonté incommensurables, qui vous ouvre les portes de ce paradis et vous conseille au mieux selon vos envies. J ai été honorée d être ainsi accueillie - de telles rencontres font la magie de mes voyages - et je n ai qu'une envie, faire découvrir un jour ce lieu extraordinaire à mes enfants. Zimmer absolut sauber, Ausstattung einfach aber ok. Frühstück gut. Abendessen nach Absprache mit der Köchin, lecker und reichhaltig. Kajaks zum Besuch des Wasserfalls werden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Es empfiehlt sich die Tour morgens um 7.00/8.00 zu machen da später die Motorboottouren kommen. Der Hotelbesitzer und das Personal waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.

Went there with a couple of friends last weekend and our getaway was ruined by the host’s attitude. Mr Laverdure was impolite, rude, judgmental and most of all very hypocritical(changed attitude when he realized that he knew one member of the group). I can’t stop thinking what it would have been otherwise. I will not recommend this place and will never go there again. This place has a great potential but the host has to do some questioning I think. Customers don’t pay to be threatened and treated like this WITHOUT ANY REASON. (Started from the moment we crossed the door)

I cannot recommend Evazion enough. Since day 1 I was impressed by the warm welcome from Mr Laverdure and all the people who work there - the cleaners, the cooks, the helpers. At Evazion we felt like we were paying a visit to family members. Such was the hospitality of our host. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had an excellent dinner (fish curry, vegetables, faratas etc) and breakfast (crepe, egg, fruits, gato pimen, gato banane etc) in the package. I had one of my best weekend since a long time. I spent quality time in nature kayaking, dozing on the hammock or trekking to Beau Champs waterfall. I look forward to my next visit at Evazion!
