Came here with my family and we had a fantastic impression right from the moment we arrived after our flight. The hotel staff were incredibly nice and friendly. They even upgraded our room for free! The room was very spacious and clean. Plus, there was a front desk staff member who spoke Chinese, which was a huge help since our English isn't great. Everyone was so patient with us. I'll definitely book the Prince again next time; it left a lasting memory. On our first day, we ate and swam at the hotel, and the service was impeccable.

The room was quite old-fashioned; I had to turn each light on and off individually. It felt like a renovation from twenty years ago. The lighting was also poor. A hotel costing over 3000 a night definitely needs a refresh! The food was very mediocre, with very few options for breakfast. There were many staff, but the dinner dress code felt out of sync with modern lifestyles. If it weren't for the complimentary golf, I probably wouldn't go back.

I absolutely loved this hotel. You can trust Constance's aesthetic sense; the overall service was superb. Aside from the less-than-ideal service at the hotel shops, everything else was perfect.

We stayed here for 2 nights for our honeymoon, and in terms of service, it was a level above other luxury resorts. The best service, we had a very happy 2 nights. Highly recommended.

Let's talk about it from a few conveniences Facilities: three restaurants, two swimming pools, one of which is heated. The breakfast in the main restaurant is quite exquisite, and the food I ate for three days has not changed. The floating restaurant for dinner is very interesting and tastes good. It's just a little cold (it was winter when I went there). The spa is good and worth experiencing. I didn't try golf and shooting. It's a pity that there is no snorkeling activity. Sanitation: Very good, your room can be cleaned twice a day, and you will be asked at 7 o'clock in the evening if you want to tidy up the room and send you more water. Very good. Environment: This is too cozy to say. Service: This is very good, much better than the five-star hotels in the island cities in China, probably because of the enthusiasm of Africans. If you have to say the disadvantages, the hotel is very good, but it is a little old. The creaking sound of the floor in the room is very loud, and I am worried about waking up my companions when I get up at night.

The hotel's beach is very soft and delicate, but there are more rocks and seaweed on the beach. There are many dinner activities during the Christmas period, and there is a dress code for dinner. The hotel design is unique and impressive. The restaurant's wine list is excellent. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, the pineapple was really delicious! The service is excellent! The environment is very good and clean.
