Pour commencer l’hôtel est magnifique propre …. Le personnel est adorable toujours présent Nous avons très bien mangé poisson de qualité à chaque repas … Nous avons eut un valet de chambre vraiment parfait (merci Rakesh). Seul point négatif les transats au tour de la piscine de mauvaise qualité et cassé Heureusement que des poufs sont à disposition Vous pouvez réserver vos vacances dans cette hôtel vous ne serez pas déçu

Wonderful experience. Staff are extremely friendly. Food was great and it was truly a luxurious holiday experience. The ultimate couples getaway for a few days to relax and enjoy each others company. Thank you to the hotel for making things so special for us.

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours à l'hôtel Veranda Paul & Virginie. L'hôtel est très calme dans la journée, les deux piscines et la petite plage sont parfaites pour se reposer et bronzer. Le soir, il y a toujours de la musique, avec l'intervention de groupes locaux qui jouent des reprises ou des musiques traditionnelles mauriciennes. La nourriture est variée et excellente, il y en a pour tous les goûts matin, midi et soir (ainsi qu'au gouter à la petite cabane). Le cadre est paradisiaque et le personnel à vos soins à toute heure (nous en profitons pour les remercier encore une fois !). Les services proposés dans et en dehors de l'hôtel sont bien gérés (spa, navette, taxi, recommandation de visite, ...). Bref, un excellent séjour dans cet établissement !

Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux. L'accueil, la propreté, la qualité des services et des repas sont au top. La gentillesse de tout le personnel a été excellente et naturelle. Mention spéciale pour Émile et Amand du restaurant Isle de France. Darren le porteur qui est super gentil et a toujours le sourire. Rakesh pour la propreté de notre chambre. N'hésitez pas a demander Rajen comme chauffeur à la réception. Il a toujours une petite histoire a raconter au sujet de l'île et est super gentil.

The rooms could be in better shape. Everything was a little bit old and you could see that it is not built very well.
The all inclusive package is more like a full board experience. Not all drinks an food was included and there fore it is a hustle to find the service which is included in the all inclusive. Which leads to the next point that you have to sign a bill for every meal and drink that you get. Which is totally annoying after two days.

Awmee, Asha, Vanishta, toute l équipe est topissime. Cuisine et cadre délicieux. Les plans d eau avec vue sur mer sont magiques. La meilleure équipe que j ai rencontrée bravo à toutes et toutes !!! L accueil, la réception, l écoute, l efficacité, les sourires, tout y est !!!
