Ce qui frappe en premier c’est la beauté et l’excellent entretien du domaine. Un retour vers le passé plein de charme désuet qui fait du bien mais qui n’est pas sans inconvénients (confort loin des standards modernes, isolation phonique, ..). La chambre est très grande, la salle de bain aussi. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir manger sur la terrasse. Les repas (PdJ et dîner) étaient de qualité. Que dire du personnel sinon qu’il est au top : chaleureux, souriant, attentionné. En particulier, nous remercions Satish pour sa bonne humeur, son humour et son large sourire. Le mauvais temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la belle piscine.

Environnement très cosy, de type familial, dans un écrin de verdure. Auberge, chambre, living très authentique, dans son jus, et totalement rénové. Personnel à l'écoute du client, petite piscine bien sympathique, et visite de la propriété (villa coloniale, rhumerie, plantation de vanille) extrêmement intéressante.

This is a very special place as it is part of a larger area with an old sugar cane factory, a rum distillery and a vanilla plantation. The 'auberge' is an excellent location to stay, although you'd have to drive for a couple of kilometres in order to reach the next village. Beautiful room in old Mauritian style, nice terrace (with many mosquitos), rich breakfast and fantastic food! There's an outdoor pool.

Nous avons déjeuné dans le restaurant qui sert de très bons plats typiques et gourmands comme le poulet à la vanille, poulet au rhum et épices du domaine . L’endroit est charmant et le service impeccable. On peut acheter du rhum, de la vanille et du thé de bois chéri dans la boutique et déguster du rhum … à faire sans hésiter !

Außergewöhnlich hübsches Hotel auf dem Weg nach Süden. Klein aber fein mit nur 3 Themenzimmern... Kolonialstil, indisch und afrikanisch.. Frühstück und Abendessen im Preis enthalten und sehr gut. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Wlan funktioniert und ist gut. Zu 100% empfehlenswert

We were there for a outting and lunch It was so lovly being there a very cook and relax atmosphere the staff are so nice and the rum degustation so many rum to taste and they even a boutique where you can buy there home made biscuts special thanxs to sattish the cheerful barman

Saint Aubin – I loved the café, good food, nice layout. I loved the park, and I loved learning about the vanilla beans – so did my friends reading my travel notes. The rum production was interesting, moreover the sugar cane a lady kindly pressed for me, since I do not enjoy alcohol. My guide from Summer-Times Tour Operrator was always looking after my interests and arranged the sugar cane juice tasting, since I do not care for rum. He iwas very attentive in a nice discreet way. The shop is not too impressive.
